Came home from work to a cold house and heat not running. My mistake as I thought I was good when I checked the gauge about two weeks ago. Called for an emergency fill up since we have a toddler and pets. They were out in about an hour to fill up and also ensured the system was bleed and furnace up and running again. Very happy with the customer service. Reasonable service fee for the emergency after hours response and my own homeowner oversight.

A company that still puts their customers first. If you are ordering oil from anywhere else, you have to give Brunelli a try. I've used them for almost 6 years now and they always go above and beyond. THE BRUNELLI BEST!!!

Called to get oil on Wednesday it was $5.70 a gallon was told someone would be out by Friday to fill my tank. They came out it took 149 gallons $850 I went out to see what their price for oil is today and it was $5.45 a gallon. I called was told they don't go down or up on a customers price after they lock it in. Was explained that it was like driving by a gas station a couple days later and the price went down they don't give you the lower price. Well tell you what it's a big difference a few gallons vs over 100 gallons difference going down. We have used them since we moved here but no more will we use them.

Get place to get your Heating Oil.I was using a different service before, but Burnelli gives me a fair price for my Heating Oil.I have two tanks so my deliveries are more than an average one.That is why .... 300 to 450 gallons.But they will take care of you no matter how much you need. Very respectful to our Veterans and First Responders.

After having an initial problem, the owner Tom contacted us directly after we contacted the office and came back with his tech. He made good by putting the burning back together with factory settings and stating the transformer was weak. Tom went above and beyond to make me happy with the service. Thanks again.
