Jeremy called shortly before arrival, giving me a chance to get some auxiliary lighting set up in the work area. He was pleasant and listened carefully when I explained what the furnace wasn't doing, and the DIY steps I took to try to remedy it. He gave some advice on yearly maintenance and even touched up some minor cracks in the chimney flue around the steel exhaust tubing. He was a great representative of Air, Inc and clearly took pride in his work. I recommend Air, Inc.

Air Inc. provided exceptional service! When my Navien system encountered an ignition failure error code, I called the company and they provided me with a list of contractors and that’s how I found Air Inc. I didn’t know much about any of the companies but I'm so happy Air was there! I went five days without heat or hot water, and another company’s diagnostic was a total bust. However, Renee from Air Inc. was incredibly helpful and pleasant! She always answered the phone with a scripted line that never failed to make me smile. When I faced a major dilemma about leaving overseas a day before the tech was scheduled to arrive, that would’ve left my daughter and mom without heat or hot water, Renee went above and beyond to squeeze in a repair appointment before my departure. And then there’s Patrick! He was equally delightful, knowledgeable about the service, fixed the issue promptly, and even threw in a couple of jokes! I would wholeheartedly recommend Air Inc. 10 out of 10!

Ted was wonderful explaining everything and detailing everything that needed to be done ! Although we can't go through with the job, when we are able to I would highly recommend Air inc! Ted went above and beyond trying to get our house updated with central ac! I got other quotes from many other companies and wow , Air inc did not oversell me and try to take advantage of me. Air Inc. Converted our oil furnace to gas and did an excellent job. Recently we had a banging sound coming from the furnace so we called for service and they sent Monty to diagnose the problem. He just solved the problem of the banging sound and diagnosed it was a zone valve problem. He was very professional and thorough in his work. They came within 24 hrs to help us when our heater stopped working and home temp started dropping to the 50s. Jeremy was very professional and knowledgeable. When he got here he diagnosed the problem within 15-30 min and the heat was working again. He provided some guidance on what to look out for. Overall, we had a great experience with them!

We had an issue with our hot water and assumed it was the hot water heater. Monty came out and serviced the hot water heater and spent quite a bit of time looking into things. He noticed the pressure on our well tank was unusually low and suggested I have someone come check it out. Sure enough we had a major issue with our well pump that we probably wouldn’t have noticed otherwise. The problem has been solved thanks to our technician being so thorough and knowledgeable.

My experience with Air Inc. has regrettably fallen short of my initial expectations. While the individuals I interacted with were courteous, the process of scheduling an appointment for a quote has been unduly challenging. I contacted the company initially to arrange for a representative to visit my condo and provide a quote for installing a return on the second floor. However, the situation quickly became frustrating.The first appointment was scheduled a week later, and the representative who arrived explained that he would require assistance from a younger team member to access the attic, necessitating a rescheduling of the appointment. Although this was understandable, it was disappointing when a week passed without any communication from the company. I followed up with a call, only to discover that the scheduler was on vacation. I was promised a call back the same day, which unfortunately did not materialize.Undeterred, I made another call to follow up, and eventually, I was given a specific date and time for the appointment—Friday morning. However, to my dismay, I received a text message canceling the appointment, citing the unavailability of a helper and the main technician’s prior engagement. They promptly offered to reschedule for the following morning. This pattern repeated itself when the rescheduled appointment was also canceled via text message. I had to miss work on two separate mornings, only to have the appointments canceled without sufficient notice.Frustrated and feeling disrespected, I responded to the text message, canceling the appointment altogether. The company’s consistent disregard for punctuality and efficient communication is unacceptable. It is disheartening to have waited over three weeks while anticipating the arrival of a newborn, only to be met with repeated cancellations and delays. Regrettably, I am unable to provide any assessment of their workmanship, as I could not even get them to visit my property.In conclusion, my experience with Air Inc. has left a lasting negative impression. The lack of respect for customers’ time and the failure to fulfill scheduled appointments have been deeply disappointing. I urge others to consider these issues before engaging with the company, as the frustration and inconvenience I endured were substantial.
