Ken sold the fence and also installed it along with Shawn. They were on time very accommodating to some minor changes during the install. Both Ken and Shawn have great attitudes, take pride in their work and even helped me relocate my mailbox. The quality of the cedar fence has improved over the last 22 years since the last install. 1988 Atlas installed a 6’ chain link fence (approximately 175 feet) with two large swing gates for the driveway sato secure and to accommodate my two German Shepherds . They did a superior job .Thanks again Mike Picard 👍

We had a somewhat complex project and worked closely with their consultant/representative, Paul Webster. He was terrific. He helped us come up with a comprehensive plan that gave us what we needed. Shortly after the order was in, we had to make some meaningful changes. Paul was right there to help us determine how best to make those changes and make recommendations that were very helpful to us. Even after installation when we had one small issue with a portion of the fence Atlas corrected it right away. I have used the Atlas Outdoor Fence Division out of Branford, CT two times now over the last several years. Jon at sales is easy and honest to work with. Jon comes out and covers all the details to make sure the project is what I want. Second time I used this company Jon came back out and was excellent again. Design was exactly what we put together on paper, and so was install. Installers were professional, clean, and the work was high quality and professional. I will continue to use this company as our projects progress and we need fencing for our yard, dog, pool!

Atlas was recommended to me by my pool company as part of an extensive pool installation in 2022. The design process for this combination solid wood and split rail pool fence went well. However it was clear that the installation crew did not have any idea how to complete the work to code. The wire backing for the split rail was installed on the incorrect side of the fence, the gates were installed to open inward instead of outward, and the gate latches were installed too low. In addition, the gate warped such that it was no longer able to close and latch on its own. After many calls, texts, and emails, the crew came back on several occasions to fix these problems, but the gate continued to not latch correctly. As a result, I failed my pool inspection due to the fence not being to code. Although I am happy with the appearance of the fence, overall I am very disappointed by the experience and the fact that even after an entire year, I will have to continue to hold Atlas responsible for completing the work to code, something that should have been done correctly the first time.

We used Atlas in our previous home for pool fencing about 15 years ago. To fence our yard at our new home we, without hesitation, called Jon Cathcart at Atlas. We went back and forth between Steel and Split Rail wood fencing and changed the layout a few times. Jon was very patient and accommodating on our changes. Had the same crew install four separate jobs. All ceder privacy fence around a 1/4 acre, 20'x20' cedar garden fence, a cedar driveway gate and a cedar enclosure around propane tank. Extremely professional and unbelievably good work considering some difficult terrain. The garden fence was even installed in the winter. We have a couple more big jobs and will absolutely work with the Atlas team again. Let me just say I used Atlas to purchase 250 feet of fence 18 years ago and was extremely pleased with the service and quality of the fence. The fence still looks great but had a few spots with damage due to hard hit baseballs from the kids. I called for an estimate on repairs and to fix another fence pole around my pool. I had an appointment for Wednesday at 3 and about 330 I called and nobody knew what was going on. Finally Will picked up and stated he messed up and would schedule another appointment for Friday. Friday comes appointment for 9 shows up at 915 and pretty much tells me there is nothing that really can be done but he would call and email me. I left for work and after leaving for some reason hung out for about 45 minutes. Ok maybe he's trying to come up with a solution. Well 2 weeks go by no email, no call so I reached out to Kenny my original salesman who still is there but out of my area for him to help me. Kenny still professional and accommodating as he was 18 years ago made some calls and told me someone would get back to me and even called back to see if that person reached out. Kenny Thank You I appreciate you looking out but obviously he never did. Atlas used to be the King of quality fencing but obviously things have changed.
