STAY AWAY. Terrible experience with CT Gutter Pro they were supposed to re-do all my gutters but it rained the day of the install so they couldn’t do the work. They were not able to give me a new date to come do the work, they finally gave me a date after 2 weeks and then didn’t show up, Then they couldn’t give me a new date. I got fed up and asked for my money back which was a week ago and they still haven’t given me back my 1k deposit. Writing this review because I am sure this will get their attention.

I can’t say enough about Michael and his team. Our backs were kinda up against the wall while preparing a house for sale. I called on a Saturday and they were there on a Monday and resolved the issue without taking advantage and at a very reasonable price. This may be the third time that I’ve taken the time to do an online review. They earned it. Well done Folks!

Good guys, we used them for our condo complex gutter cleaning/repair in Branford. They did exactly what they said they were going to. They were prompt and finished the job on time per schedule previously discussed. Very responsive via phone / text for questions and concerns. Highly recommend

Great experience with CT Gutter Pro when they replaced the gutters on our (complicated!) >100 year old house a few years back. They recommended additional downspouts to some locations (due to a very steep roof) and had thoughtful solutions regarding how to handle our steep and multi-angled roof. When a small issue arose with drainage on one of the gutters this year, they were incredibly responsive and returned right away to fix the issue (debris that had fallen into the gutter from a nearby bird's nest). Highly recommend!

Do not do business with this company . The owner is a phony and was part of a scheme, defrauding millions from investors. He is not who he say he is and not for nothing knows nothing about gutters , downspouts , or installing them . Save your time and money !!!!

How to pick a gutter cleaner, I mean, really, aren’t they all alike? No, they are not. I called three. One didn’t return my call; one did but said, sorry, we don’t come to the house to give estimates, because frankly, it doesn’t pay. Michael of GutterPro came to the house, assessed the condition of the gutters, offered a simple solution to a problematic droopy gutter, gave a price, said the work could be done next week, and indeed came next week. Michael is a reason to go with GutterPro. He returns calls promptly; replies to emails, graciously. You feel in good hands.

We had all of our gutters replaced and gutter covers installed as well. Mike, the owner, did the initial consult and he was very thorough, explained everything (total cost/fees, size of gutters needed), and kept us informed of schedule delays. Unfortunately, we had a streak of rainy weather which was out of their control. The installation process went smooth and Mike even stopped by to check on the progress. Overall they are a great service and I would highly recommend them

Can't say enough great things about my experience. As a veteran I chose CT Gutter Pro as it was veteran owned and operated. Overall the quality and speed at which the job was completed exceeded my expectations. The owner came out personally, and gave me an assessment and recommendation on how to properly remediate drainage and flow issues. He did so without overselling or giving me something I didn't need, which I greatly appreciate. Down to earth and very easy to talk to you can tell he takes his work and customers with great pride. From a timing perspective he estimated the job on a Wednesday and the job was complete the next day and surprisingly only took half of that day. More impressive was the clean up. Not a single screw, nail or piece of the old gutter remained. It was like they were never here which is a rarity among construction companies these days. Overall from inception to completion the job was outstanding and the product while rock solid looks fantastic. Hats off to the team at CT Gutter Pro. I'd highly recommend to anyone looking to replace their gutters.

Mike was professional and to the point. He gave us an estimate on a Wednesday and we had our gorgeous new gutters on Friday of the same week. The installers (Andre and Gabe) came at the time we were told, they both were very friendly, even talked to the neighbors, and did a great job with clean up. Very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Great experience with the company to do a gross job - remove mice contaminated basement insulation. I first emailed the company and received a response within 24 hours. The owner then met with us on a Tuesday evening and provided a quote during the visit. The job was scheduled that Thursday morning and was completed by noon. Super quick turnaround! The two gentleman who came were professional, quick, and happy to help despite the gross nature of the job. I liked how the owner ran his business, too -- wrote a detailed description of the work to be done signed by all parties. And a completion statement, also signed by all parties, once I had the chance to take a look at the work completed. I was very impressed with the customer service and overall nature of the company. Would certainly recommend.

Steve, Carol, and their employees were absolutely amazing. We had all of the gutters and downspouts replaced on our house in Wallingford Connecticut. Steve and Carol gave us a very fair price estimate for the requested work. The installation process went very well, and the work was completed as scheduled. I would highly recommend CTGutterPro, as their entire process in working with a residential customer is one that other commercial vendors should try and emulate.

After the gutters were installed, I called them with a concern I had with the addition I added on to my house. This issue was addressed immediately although the issue had to do with my roof. CTGutterPro is an excellent service for gutter installation, repair and cleaning. We have used them for all three services due to putting on an addition to our older home. The employees are always organized, careful and courteous. They did exactly what they said they would do when they installed our new gutters and always inspect for us when they clean so we know about repair needs before we have a problem. They leave our property clean and neat. Also no damage to our landscaping, which is important to us. I would recommend CTGutterPro to family, friends and anyone looking for this service. It was an absolute joy to have Mike and his team work on repairing/replacing our gutters. Mike was very responsive at every stage, and very helpful with his solutions, without pushing sales in any way at all. Mike and his team were also fast and efficient, without sacrificing any quality at all. The consultation took less than 10 mins (ours was a small job) and we didn't have to be home for the works, which when we returned home to, we were very satisfied with (debris all cleared, did not seem like anyone was here before and the gutters magically repaired haha!).
