Very impressed and happy with not only the new windows, but with the service and professionalism of the folks at Renewal by Anderson. Joe, Billy and Sean were superb. Joe came out first to present us with the options for new windows on our three-season porch. He talked about a "red-carpet" treatment which sounded a little over the top, but it really was a red carpet treatment. Billy and Sean did an outstanding job with the install of the windows and the trim work around the windows inside and outside. I was not home when they did the install (my wife was), I was confident Renewal by Anderson would take care of everything and make the process as seamless as possible for my wife. I was really impressed with how the installers were able to integrate the windows into the older porch - the trim looks great great from the inside and outside. The communication was excellent from start to finish. You might pay a little more for Anderson windows, but like most things in life, you really get what you pay for. Very happy with the Renewal by Anderson product and process. They have great customer service skills, professionalism and a great product. Thank you to everyone on the crew who made this such a great experience!

We had four windows installed this week by Chris Paquette, Mike and Jamie. They were professional, efficient and hard working. They were able to handle a very difficult second story installation with a calm, safe and effective approach.They arrived on time, worked well as a team, left our house spotless. I could not have chosen a better company! The level of professionalism, punctuality and meticulousness by Renewal by Anderson of Branford is unequivocally the best around! I had my windows and French doors replaced by "Big Rich" and his co-worker Bryant. They were both very friendly and the quality of work they displayed was exceptional. Bryan Dennison, the Supervisor, did an awesome job of working with me and made sure I was informed about the process of installation. He was able to clear up any questions I had and/or concerns. I highly recommend this company and if possible this exact group of employees. Overall, one of the best experiences of all of my home renovations.

We had windows replaced on December 9th. The installation was done by Bill McNeil. Bill and his team arrived on time and professionally completed the job on time. The workmanship was excellent. We did not need to do any clean up. The windows look great, and work as advertised.The sales person we worked with, Steve Martin, Was extremely helpful, did not pressure us. He adjusted his schedule to meet with us. The outcome as exactly as Steve told us. The windows replaced original Anderson casement windows that were installed in 1970. This was one of the best decisions I had made. We will be adding additional windows in the near future. I would thoroughly recommend Renewal by Anderson, Steve and Bill were a great team. I will be asking for them again. thanks Anderson for supplying exactly what you advertised.

Incredibly positive experience from beginning to end. Our sales representative, Hank Betzner, was professional and right to the point. Complete trust. What he said is what we received. The installation crew installed the windows in a day. They were clean, efficient and their work was exceptional. They were also installing new interior trim and I was worried their work might not be up to par. I was more than pleasantly surprised when I walked in the door. It was beautiful! Could not have hired anyone to do it better. We have just contracted to do the second half of the house and we're excited to have the job completed. Thank you, Hank for a great experience!

I have had two projects done by Renewal by Anderson and I am VERY happy with both. The first installation of three windows was done by Bill McNeil and he was very thorough, accommodating, and pleasant. He did a terrific job. The second project was replacement of two bay windows. Again Bill and a helper, I believe his name was Jason or Justin, did a wonderful job of installation. This project also required replacement of vinyl siding. It was necessary to wait a few weeks to replace the siding as it was difficult to match the original. Thanks to Denise in service, she was able to find suitable siding and scheduled Fred Peterson to do the job. Fred was truly a great worker and the siding job when done was superior. I am very happy. Everything was cleaned up thoroughly and I am proud to show my company for Christmas the great job that was done. I recently had a very large bow window and a sliding glass door replaced by Andersen windows. The team was professional from start to finish. The sales person was honest about which windows in our home actually needed replacement and which were still energy efficient, and thus, could wait. The windows arrived when promised. The scheduling process for the installation was easy; they reminded us of the appointment. The installation team called when they were on their way and arrived ON TIME both days. The installation team was awesome-they were extremely careful of our stonework (facade), plants, wood floors, and of our home in general. They even asked where we wanted them to park. The installation process went smoothly despite the fact this was a huge window...they paid close attention to the details of the installation process and clearly take great pride in their work. Mario Smarelli, the team lead, double checked to make sure that the details of the window trim color, hardware and features such as the direction that the window would open in were all to my specifications. The team did a great job of cleaning up both days-they didn't leave anything around. They took time to explain the features of the windows and locks and made sure those were to my specifications as well. This team did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with the choice to use Andersen. The window and door look great and we already feel the difference in terms of energy efficiency. I highly recommend this install team!

I had my Kitchen Window and Patio door replaced by Renewal by Andersen. The job was done great. Extremely satisfied with their product, people and work done.Sean McGuinness was the Sales person I worked with. And Seth Conway was the lead that handled the installation. Both Sean and Seth was very pleasant to work with. Its expected to be pleasant at sales but Seth also was equally pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough in the work.The installation team came with the inventory and machine's needed and started work on-time as planned, completed the work smoothly same day. I very much appreciate the work done by Seth and team. Thanks much.I was tossing around should I give a rating of 4 or 5. I have not shopped much around or negotiated the price with other vendors, and so, I am not sure whether the money I paid is a good deal for this quality of work, product, but I am very much satisfied with the work. the crew arrived on time and had Bay window installed by end of the day. I have spent 30+years in the construction industry, and know true craftsmen when I see them. They definitely are excellent craftsmen. They meticulously removed the old window, without damage to existing area. They had new window installed perfectly by end of day. They left the area inside and out, better than it was before the installation. I would recommend renewal by Anderson to anyone that is thinking to replace older non efficient windows, with the Anderson brand

He started by explaining everything he was going to do, along with his setup procedures, with laying down protection covering around the window and along the floor. From start to finish, I am extremely pleased with the customer service, professionalism and quality of product offered by Renewal by Anderson. Everyone involved with my install from initial service call to day of install were educated on the product and genuinely proud of the service they provide. My job was completed in one day and the team left the work area cleaner than I think it was prior to them coming. I work from home and knew that there may be some interruption during the install as may be expected, but the team was courteous and respectful. I am extremely happy with my experience and my windows.

Love the new windows we got from Renewal by Anderson. Thanks so much to Cliff, Gary and Angel for their jobs explaining everything about them to us and then installing them very fast. They look awesome! We had colonial style windows with eight panels on top and bottom (natural wood colored) and were looking for an updated look since those were about 50 years old - so we went for the prairie style on the top sash with nothing on the bottom (white colored). We took a small gamble but we love the results. It opens up the dining room and lets a bunch of light in. Plan to do more business with these guys in the future. Highly recommend!

The installation of our new picture window was completed with excellent care and respect for our home, as all surfaces were covered and protected carefully and courteously. The installation of the window was done with impressive professionalism and skill. The lead installer worked the trim and moulding with the expertise of a fine finish carpenter. We were extremely pleased with the final product and our home was left spotless and as they had found it.Although this was their third attempt to install the window, as they had prior staffing and/or scheduling problems for the two previous appointments, the final product was worth the wait. We would recommend the product and installers with out hesitation. Richard Lidberg was the lead installer who demonstrated exceptional skill and was very courteous.

I love our windows by "Renewal by Andersen", craftsmanship, design, and ease of use. Dana McNaughton was my lead installer, I watched as his team did an outstanding job. They where efficient but took the time to make sure every detail was right. His team would not leave until they knew I was 100% satisfied. The price is a bit high, but you get what you pay for, and it comes with a lifetime warranty. I would recommend "Renewal by Andersen" for any home.

My experience with Renewal By Anderson was exceptional. The installers, Alex and Andriy, were personable and professional. They arrived at the specified time and after introductions went straight to work installing 3 windows, finishing by early afternoon in almost unbearable heat. They left the house as clean or cleaner when they left after giving instruction on how to maintain the windows. The windows look great and add a fresh new look to the front of the house. I recommend the company and the installers highly.

I can not say enough good things about renewal by Anderson. The crew of installers who installed my new Anderson windows and the service department who replaced three windows were very professional, courteous, and clean. Dana and his crew were wonderful. They noticed small scratches on two of the window frames and a small scratch on the inside glass on one window. They documented the scratches. The service department contacted me about the issues and set up a date to come in and replace the windows. Not fix replace the three windows. Bob from service arrived on time and was finished in about 30 minutes. He was very professional. If you choose any other company to replace your windows you have wasted your time and money. These have a lifetime warranty on the installation and their product.

Mike Masse and his crew showed up at my house early, about 8:20 this morning. We needed two large picture windows and four side windows replaced in our living room -- a big job. Wed didn't have to do anything to prepare except remove the curtains. Mike, Brian and Dennis moved all the furniture, laid down plastic and sealed off the room.They had the windows in, furniture back in place and everything cleaned up by 4 p.m.Mike and his crew were efficient, informative, polite and easy to work with. I give them five out of five stars.My experience with Renewal has been outstanding from start to finish. Yes, you pay more, but you get what you pay for. My big job was done in one day with minimal fuss and disruption. I strongly recommend them.

Recently we had a new sliding glass door installed by Renewal by Anderson. The installation technician, Andrei Pozdnyakov was on time, promptly at 8:30. He did an excellent job of protecting the floors and walls of our home during the demolition process and installation of the new door. Following completion, he performed a complete clean up and vacuuming of the area to the extent there was no evidence he had ever been there. All the trim joints were tight and the trim reveals all uniform. Prior to leaving Andrei went over everything with my wife and myself so he could be assured we were 100% satisfied. A job well done by a craftsman and a first class company.

Very special thanks to Alex and his crew for a very timely and professional installation of our glass sliding door in our upstairs kitchen, and our large windows in our downstairs living room. We were originally told the installation was to last a day and a half, but they were able to complete the job in one day. We can really tell the difference with the new windows and sliding doors installed. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys if you're looking for someone to install windows in your home for you.

Had a new 6 foot slider and gliding triple kitchen window installed in December. Initial install was functionally perfect, much warmer in winter and cooler in summer but the finish work on the trim inside and out was sub par. I reported issue and they were very responsive and best of all had Bob Collins perform superior top quality rework . He redid inside wood trim better than I had expected and outside aluminum trim is now perfect. Now I am DELIGHTED. Glad I went with Anderson. I know in future if I have any issue I am all set.

We just had two large picture windows installed by Andersen of Branford. Marek & Mike did an exceptional job! We couldn't be happier with the end result. Our house is from the 1950s and they did run into a couple issues which they resolved with professionalism. (The walls are made of brick) I also must say that they did a great job cleaning up! They worked at the very end through the rain and you wouldn't be able to tell when they left. I would recommend them to all my neighbors but then again, my neighbors are already using them! Excellent job!

We just has 23 windows installed by RBA. The installer, Bill McNeil, did a great job. The initial duration was estimated 3 days. Once the installation started, it was determined two additional days were needed due to the interior molding needed to be removed, adjusted/replaced and re-installed. Phone calls were made and the extra time was allotted, no problems.Bill and his crew arrived each day on time, took special care when working inside the house and cleaned-up every day.At the end of the job, the windows look great, the crew took the necessary time for a proper installation.

Class act through and throughFrom the sale to completion, nothing but PerfectionWe met with Cliff Pollack to discuss replacing our kitchen windows. Not knowing what we wanted Cliff came in took one look went to his car and picked out a perfect match. We arranged to buy and planned our install.Of course to show how great these guys are it is January, cold snow coming in Bill McNeil lead installer arrives on Saturday morning at 7 am with his helper Frank. He said let's get one window in before the snow. He worked diligently to get that window installed. He then said I will be back tomorrow to finish the second window. True to his word at 10am Sunday morning they were back in 8 degree weather to complete the job. Perfectly done Bill made sure everything fit that it was complete ever complained about the cold or the 9 1/2 inches of snow we received the night before. If you are looking for window replacement look no further than Renewal by Anderson, not only because the windows are great but the staff is outstanding thank you Bill McNeil for a job well done.
