DON'T hire them!Tim and his team did the roof last year. It started to leak this year, we called him, he presented a new bill to fix the roof. He doesn't stay behind his work. We hired another contractor that fixed the roof and told us that the last year job was poorly done and that leak was expected to happen. No leaks since.Follow up after the owner's answer:They were referred by Gladwin, who completed partial roof work a while ago, and we contacted him to do another part. He was perfectly fine with the replacement of only old part, not the newer part of the roof. He referred you, and if you wanted to do unnecessary work back then, we would NEVER hire you. You were perfectly fine with doing old part of the roof. Again, otherwise you would NOT get our money. The roof started leaking a few months after you finished the work. You wanted more money to fix your subpar job. Not happening! Before your work the roof didn't leak, despite of different parts were done a few years apart. So, please, don't try to convince people it's not possible.Service: Roof installation

Very disappointed, wanted a estimate on my small ranch roof, New Haven called several times never came out to quote. Very unprofessional Shoreline roofing only interested in big money jobs.

Terrible STAY away! Does not stand behind his work! Paid $33K for a new metal roof and it leaks at the chimney flashing. The owner (Tim) response was go hire a mason to fix it. He is a take your money and run scam artist!His response is a an outright lie!We ended up replacing the entire roof using Tri-State Metal Roofing and no leaks. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!
