If I owned another home that needed a roof, this would be the only company I would call, Brian from Cruz Roofing did an excellent job with being patient going back-and-forth with our insurance company and reassuring us that the job would get done it would be professional it would look good and he didn’t let us down. The crew got there in the morning got straight to work finished up at a decent time cleaned everything up and left us with great satisfaction and a brand new roof. I am with a pediatric brain cancer foundation in Milford, CT. We have monthly can and bottle drives as part of our fundraising, and we reached out to Cruz Roofing and Siding to ask if they would take the bags we collect to the redemption center. They immediately agreed to help. Every month, they take time out on a Saturday morning, help us load up their two huge trucks, drive them to the redemption center, and then help us unload them. Cruz Roofing and Siding did an amazing job! I actually live in California and my son lives in CT. They replaced all of the siding and removed any bad wood underneath before installing all new siding, they also did my roof and the same thing removed the wood that was bad before new installation and finished it off with rain gutters. A new roof was installed by the Cruz Roofing crew this week. I sat outside and watched the process and I'm glad I did because the work done was fabulous! They covered every inch of the plywood decking with differentbarriers. They did more work than is required by code. I am very impressed!The crew worked non-stop. They are highly skilled. They are also very polite and sweet.I was treated very well from the first phone call to the estimate to the job completion. David, Christian and team repaired the boot for my exhaust vent on my roof. They had to also repair the roofing around the vent. They were phenomenal! They came to my house very quickly to ascertain the issue and then gave me a free estimate. They explained everything to me so that I could understand it, including sharing pictures of the crack. The new boot and roofing looks great, and again, they sent me a picture so that I could see it. They were so professional, prompt and knowledgeable. We are so incredibly thrilled with the job David and his crew did on our roof and our chimney! Our roof was aging and starting to deteriorate and we struggled with water getting inside our chimney for several years and had multiple other companies work on it with no success. Within 3 days all our issues were resolved with Cruz Roofing. We have a beautiful roof and a chimney that doesn’t leak, it is so nice to know we don’t need the towels in front of the fireplace anymore and buckets in the attic! After this past storm in August 2020 my roof had started to leak very bad over my living room and dining room! When it was time for a new a roof I checked numerous rating sites. I found Cruz Roofing highly rated among others. I compiled a list of 5 contractors. Called all 5 and David of Cruz called back within 5 minutes while others took up to 2 days to return a callback. David showed up exactly on time for an inspection. Told him we wanted a new roof, rain gutters, siding , and two bay windows. Received his bid, though not the lowest but what determined his company being award the job was the promptness and ,presentation of David's proposal and other jobs Cruz did. I'm MORE THAN HAPPY I hired Cruz. The crew arrived on time and immediately went to work. Worked all day and cleaned up each day. Finished the job ahead of estimated time frame. Cruz went the extra mile to satisfy this customer.
