Had a great experience as far as service with Fairfield Roofing. Was dealing with a couple of leaks, and had high estimates for extra work. Sal took a call while on vacation and was able to setup someone to come look at our roof within a few days. Only expected a look/estimate but Antonio was able to stay a couple of hours and do repair work for a fair price, a fraction of what cost of other work had been quoted. Work was just done so can't speak to quality yet, but service was great!

Sal came right out, he took pictures of the roof to show me what the issues were. Gave me an estimate and his roofers came out within the timeframe. They gave me and completed the work within a day. They were all professional and cleaned up their work area at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend them and if needed use them again.

I called Sal on a weekend and he answered his phone and drove over immediately even though he wasn’t close when I wanted him to check out a leak. I reached out to 5 different companies in Fairfield county on a Saturday for and he was the most responsive- the only one to answer his phone and had no problem coming by in a pinch. He was thorough and smart and professional. He showed extreme generosity and would not charge me his usual emergency repair price because the job wound up being easy to fix. This morning I called Sal in a panic that the shingles around my chimney had blown off in the storm last night and the roof was leaking. Sal picked up the phone right away and told me he would be here at noon today. The same day ! Boy oh Boy was I relieved ! Well it turns out the chimney was fine. BUT - I had recently had my house re-sided and the contractor had taken the nails out of the siding all around the edge of the roof where the Fascia is and NOT put the nails back. The tiles were just loose. You can't make this stuff up. Sal explained this to me showed me how the tiles were just hanging there and got to work nailing them down all across the edge. He and his co-worker were very timely, respectful, and worked hard to thoroughly complete the job in a very timely manner. The price was also very fair and reasonable. This is the 2nd time I have used Sal and both times he has been an A+.Service: Roof repair

I highly recommend using Sal for your roof needs. We got a leak in our roof right before an impending hurricane. Sal came over on a weekend to patch the leak, and then helped us replace our entire roof (we knew this had to happen beforehand and was waiting it out) afterwards. He and his crew worked really hard and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time, and the result was great. Sal was a pleasure to work with as was his team--his prices are really reasonable, and he speaks to you straight without trying to rip people off. Sal was highly recommended and was willing to do the work at a more affordable price than other local companies and within a week (compared to months with other guys). Sal and his crew drove down to PA to do the work on my roof. They battled the bitter cold and worst wind of the season. Even when the job was delayed a few days due to bad weather, they remained upbeat and professional. Ultimately I am happy with the job they did and was happy they were recommended.

Sal and his crew were perfect. I had a leaking chimney that was no longer in use. Every other company told me I needed to re-flash it for $2500. Sal thought better and told me he could remove the chimney and patch the roof. He did a perfect job, and saved me a ton of money. He also did extra repairs for free.

We contacted Fairfield Roofing after many calls to roofers who did not respond back at all. Rick from Fairfield Roofing ,contacted my husband a day or two after we called and scheduled an appointment to come out to look at our roofing issue within the week. Rick and his team of workers came to assess the roof, discussed in detail what they saw, what needed to be done, and what they would need to do. Rick and his team were very thorough in describing what the issue was with our roof, and gave us a very reasonable estimate of what it would cost. The team was very knowledgable in roofing, and explained to us what was going on throughout the entire process. We had rotted wood under our old roof, and they found, by pulling away old material, that with our first roofing job ,about 1`7 years ago, the roofer put our current roof OVER the old one that needed to be replaced. Rick and his team removed layers of an old roof before they installed our new one. They did not charge any extra to our estimate for removing layers of a bad roofing job we had done 17 years ago. We sincerely appreciated this! Thank you Fairfield Roofing! We did have to pay for additional wood that was rotted under our foundation, but we expected that, and our estimate was still reasonable. We truly appreciate Fairfield Roofing's honesty, reasonable pricing, promptness on the job from start to finish, and their exceptional trustworthiness and detail of their work. They listened to our concerns as a customer, and we felt very comfortable with them. Discovered a leak on a ceiling - called several 5 star companies who were so busy they could not send anyone out for a small job. Sal was just as busy but said he would stop by on the way home to check as rain was coming. He did so and did some initial investigation and work in the dark to get us through the weekend and will be back first thing Monday. What a mensch! Very grateful. Wish I could give them extra stars for going the extra mile. Unusual these days.

Fairfield Roofing did a complete roof at my moms house in Stratford, they ripped it all the way down which was no easy job since there was three layers of shingles, the clean up they did was spotless! They then put down plywood and brand new shingles making the roof look amazing, I was amazed with the results it is an older house but with this rehab the house looks amazing! I would highly recommend Fairfield Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof or a small repair!!!

This Company is horrible!! They took weeks to not even finish a job they started. During this time there big Machine “broke down“ as the owner put it ( but from what I was told he took a vacation in the middle of the job ) and the day he showed up got the thing working just fine. After Moving a dumpster into the middle of the driveway so he could get his Machine out the owner was asked if he was going to move the dumpster back into place the owner replied “I can’t move it “. The only thing I see from this Business is poor excuses and bad businessman.
