Stevenson and his crew were incredibly communicative which make the process of any home improvement project very important outside of the work itself. Him and his team replaced windows at a rental property in a matter of a day. He sent photos throughout the day of the install progress and was extremely professional throughout the job. I seen these guys work on the project next to a property of mine. I took a picture of the phone number and called Steve right away. They were doing outstanding work when you see these guys working that’s when you know the definition of hard work .He came looked at our roofing job we made a deal right on the spot and he came and finished the work exactly the day that he told us he would. Before I even gave him the job what I loved about talking to Steve was the fact that he was worried about getting the work done properly and on time not once was he worried about getting the money . Not good for business.Took contractors about two weeks to finish my roof job, some days they weren't showing up because they were working on other jobs but gave me excuses as to why they didn't come.They didn't replace all gutters as promised and discussed.Once they were "done" I pointed out a hole (opening) that was caused during them stripping the roof and they promised to come back and repair the exposed area. never did. Its been 2 years and I spent 26,500 for the roof work and I am not totally satisfied. Every time I remind the owner of the hole, he pretends to call one of his workers to come fix it but never comes to rectify problem.The hole(exposure) on the side of roof allows squirrels and birds to go inside for shelter etc.I spent way too much money to be treated this way.

Thee most professional construction company I've ever worked with. And im not just saying it to say it, not only did this company meet all my construction and renovation needs but they were very accommodating to my needs and did their best to find solutions for things we did not even initially agree to work on. For example they came in to do roof work, but I then learned that I needed lawn work, fencing, plumbing, heating and insulation. They gave me a referral on the spot, and during the same day they worked on everything my house needed. I went from roof work to getting my home completely and professionally renovated.
