Resorting to Google in hopes of getting a response from the owner. After paying for the glass on a slider to be replaced the work has yet to be completed. I recently sold the house but contracted John to do the work prior to the sale. Was promised he was going to do the work today and didn’t show up, needless to say the new owners of the home aren’t happy. Phone calls and texts messages not returned. Attorneys are involved at this point, and I see other customers are having the same issue I am. I’m prepared to take legal action to get my money back at this point.

Run away from this vendor! John quoted us $7000 for glass installation and rescreening 2months ago.He signed a contract and promised to complete the job within the next month.He scheduled and cancelled several times with many excuses.He eventually promised to refund our $3750 deposit.Now he won’t return calls and hasn’t refunded us.We are going have to start legal action to get our deposit back.Don’t trust this guy with your windows or your money!Service: Glass installation

Some of the glass in our living room bay window was broken recently by the family dog. We called USA Window Pro and spoke with John, who promptly came out for an estimate. He was able to have the replacement glass cut and installed that same afternoon. The service was excellent, and the result was great. Thank you John!Service: Window repair

Did not come back to complete fix problems and to do clean up as promisedUpdate: After numerous promises to complete the job, the owner, John, will not take my calls.Another customer of his, on my block, is having similar issues.
