We're new in the era and unfortunately the house we moved into had several roofing issues, and home insurance was becoming a problem unless we got the repairs necessary.We received several quotes, which were kind of high, so we reach out to Kyle at Affordable roofing, who was on top of my roof within 30 minutes of my call to assess the damages and received reasonable quote withing the hour.They were ready to start work immediately and finished promptly within a day and a half!They were clean courteous, and professional.Hi highly recommend Affordable roofing!

Affordable Roofing did my roof 22 or 23 years ago. The roof has had no problems in that period of time. Affordable just did my roof again and the same crew installed the new roof. The workers were very conscientious and they took great care installing the new roof. Excellent company and I highly recommend them.

Such an excellent company. Joe and Kyle did a fantastic job on my gorgeous new cedar roof with copper gutters and downspouts. They handled everything perfectly from the beginning of the job until the end making sure I was happy with every aspect and I was. They are professional, kind and honest gentlemen and I would do business with them again in a heartbeat. The best part was that it was Affordable! I love my new roof!

Joe and his crew are very professional. They spent time on little metal work details that actually improved the water drainage compared to the original roof. He also alerted me to an issue with the chimney, sending pics at multiple angles that helped a lot! This was the second time we used Affordable Roofing. Approximately 10 years back Joe fixed a design flaw that involved water retention from a poorly designed overhang. Over 25 years ago, Affordable Roofing replaced our roof with the latest materials and methods. Since that time, we experienced no problems whatsoever. When it came time to replace it we once again turned to Joe and Kyle to do the job. The job was completed quickly and thoroughly along with requested alterations such as replacing a skylight and a section of gutter. Joe pointed to a few areas that needed improvement that were quickly and efficiently implemented. His team worked extremely hard and efficient reshingling my roof . 25 years ago Joe and his crew put a new roof on our home. During those 25 years we did not have a leak nor have we lost a single shingle in all the storms. This time he and his crew removed the two rooms and completely reshingled home to current code. It took them 3 days as he anticipated. The crew cleaned up every day when they were done. At the end there was not a single nail nor a piece of shingle left anywhere on our property and the new roof looks great.

This is the second time that we asked Affordable Roofing to replace our roof. The first time was twenty-five years or so ago, when we bought the house. Owing to a huge old maple overhanging much of the roof (but providing great shade!), the roof took a beating with mildew.
