We have been loyal customers for years and have taken the good with bad with Higgins and Sons. This winter was real tough with money and a family friend was buying oil for us but he got it from another company. Today we had a emergency with our furnace. It started spraying out scolding hot water at a rapid rate. We called Higgins and Sons and we were told because we didn't buy oil from them this winter that they would not help us out. Like I said a family friend was buying oil for us and he called another company that he used and it was cheaper. What is wrong with these people! I will never tell anyone to use them again. Oh, ya! Today is my Birthday and I am spending it running scolding hot water in 5 gallon buckets up the status and out side. Thanx for the help Higgins

They serviced and cleaned my furnace 3 months ago and the furnace broke down. It needed a new nozzle, electrodes and cad cell, all things that should be looked at and replaced during a cleaning and service. I called asking for a complementary cleaning seeing how it wasn’t done correctly in the first place and they said no and wouldn’t take responsibility. Won’t be using them in the future.Service: Home repairs
