Ryan and his father did an amazing job replacing our old roof, I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome and the price.We received quotes from other roofing companies but went with Ryan at Henry's Roofing because A) There were no hidden surprises. The scope and cost of the work was fully outlined in the contract including the cost of any potential work such as extra flashing, plywood replacement, etc. B) He took the time to answer all our questions both before the work started and during, sending us images as the job progressed. C) He was able to identify and correct an issue with the old roof that was causing water intrusion. He also corrected a water run-off issue caused by a an inadequate "cricket" behind our chimney, installed missing flashing and closed an old roof vent. D) It was reassuring that unlike other roofing companies, where an "unknown" crew shows up to do the work, Ryan was the one that was there each day.If you're paying for a new roof, you want to have confidence that you're getting it done right, without cutting corners on the important things. I think that part of that confidence also came from knowing that they’ve been doing roofing for many, many decades. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. I needed a full roof replaced, and I wanted a new skylight installed. This is a tightly run, multi generational family business with high standards. Ryan did an excellent job of evaluating my needs, explaining the process and products, and was patient with all of my questions. I was unable to be present when the work was being done, and so he regularly sent me photos of the progress. When an unanticipated complication emerged ( my 20+ year old roof had no decking underneath), he was great at walking me through what he would do to solve it, and the extra cost was reasonable. Afterwards, one would never know anyone had been there—the clean up job was superb ( in contrast, I am still finding nails in the ground from the job 20 years ago). It’s important to know that Henry’s doesn’t rush through the job like many roofers ( who like to promise they’ll do the entire job in a day). In contrast, Henry’s team is careful, and their expertise and high standards shine through. It was a rainy month ( with thunderstorms—a clear danger for any roofer) that would have slowed down anyone, but in my case the amount of time taken to complete the work was still exactly what Ryan had predicted and proposed.

I highly highly recommend Henry's roof repair. I have an almost flat roof and had a bad leak in my house. Ryan responded to my phone call quickly, came to give an estimate and spent the time to determine and explain what I needed, the existing tiles and flashing were wrong for a roof with hardly any slope. He was professional and gave me a very fair quote, and Ryan, and his father Rick were there to redo the roof quickly. While working they discovered some other issues, rot, leaking attic vent and bad gutters that they fixed as well. They also checked my gutters and roofing that weren't related to the section of roof that was leaking and made recommendations for what to keep an eye on. I can't recommend them enough and I am very lucky I found them.

Ryan, the owner, and his father Rick recently completed a roof replacement on my home. This is a third generation family business. They are skilled craftsmen and pay great attention to detail. Ryan was responsive and quickly found the problems causing the leaks near the center chimney area. I appreciated that he took pictures of the problem areas to show me, while explaining how he would perform the repairs. He replaced a few deteriorated shingles, replace a significant amount of broken mortar on the chimney, sealed the chimney flashing and various seam-cracks. He did an excellent job! He worked promptly, cleaned up all debris, at a good price; all the things I value in a professional craftsman. I recommend Ryan at Henry's Roofing Co.
