This is the second time we have used ZN Construction. This second project was a big one - demolishing our old deck with corner pergola and two unsafe staircases to build a new screened in deck complete with new stairs, door, lighting, fan and gutters. The team was there every single day - much different than other contractors who you never know when they are coming or going. Everyone was very professional, friendly, and just did an overall amazing job. Zac checks in over time to make sure everything is still going well even after the job is done. We highly recommend ZN Construction. We have used them for two projects over the past couple of years and they are the perfect fit for us. Zac and his crew are all very courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and are really good at what they do. They perform stellar work and their attention to detail is impecable. In addition to other things, we had some in wall electrical work done (running the electrical throughout two of the three walls of our finished garage) and we were extemely impressed with the drywall repair and mud work that Chad and the other ZN workers did. Their repair and mud work was so good that even without painting the walls yet, you almost can't tell that the walls were even opened. Unlike some contractors we reached out to who never responded, ZN Construction has always contacted us back. We were able to easily discuss the project plans via email, in person, and on the phone. They genuinely care about you as a customer and accomplishing the projects that you are looking to have done the right way and without cutting corners. They treat you more as a friend and not just a number, don't rush the job, and follow up to make sure you are happy with everything. We believe that they will have many years of success as their crew is the perfect fit for the company and everyone seems to take pride in the high quality work they do for their customers.

We used ZN to do a full remodel of our kitchen. Included cabinets, countertops, appliances and repairs to our damaged hardwood floors from water! Their attention to detail is remarkable! The cabinet install, trim work and tile backsplash install was amazing! The whole team were great to deal with. Communication was exceptional and they left the house clean after every day. Chad and Eric were exceptional to deal with and felt they were a part of the family when they were here. Zac and Joe were great with details about how the progress of the project was going! We highly recommend ZN and will be using them in the future for a bathroom remodel as well as a deck renovation!

We recently bought a new home that had some roof issues and solicited a few bids to have it replaced. Out of the 3 bids, ZN Construction was not the lowest but he offered premium materials and warranties we were looking for in this size of a purchase. Zac was able to start the job very promptly and the crew worked diligently to complete the job in a timely manner. Toward the end of the roofing job, we all examined areas of the roof that needed a little extra attention and those were taken care of immediately. I was impressed with the clean up from the crew, they were very diligent in sweeping the area around the house and especially the driveway for nails and debris. Incredibly happy the previous issues are gone and the look of the GAF HDZ shingles look great. Now I probably need to paint in the spring so the rest of the house looks good. Our experience with ZN Construction was fabulous from beginning to end. They remodeled our entire master bath and painted our master bedroom. We had a major water damage in a sunroom that resulted in the whole room essentially needing to get rebuilt. What a mess!From the get go Zac was very clear and communicative with everything. He helped us decide what needed to be replaced and what we could reuse. We hired Zac and his crew to completely gut and remodel a full bathroom. It was a fairly complicated job based upon an interior designer's plan. ZN Construction did a perfect job with it. But more than that, the communication from Zac about the project was great, his crew was very attentive to keeping the house clean, and all were friendly, trustworthy and reliable. The level of customer service was much better than what one would typically experience with a contractor. Definitely will use ZN for future projects.

They provided a detailed estimate, answered all my questions quickly, and they stuck to the agreed upon schedule. I will keep this short and simple, ZN is by far the best crew I have ever worked with. We had water damage that led to a complete master bathroom remodel. We had no experience with designing a new space, and we knew nothing about what it would take to get our master bathroom installed and looking great. Enter Zac and his team at ZN.
