We had an issue with our recently installed Pro Via front door. I called United Home Experts and was soon visited by Fernando who quickly identified the problem and corrective action needed. He explained that he needed to order the parts required for the repair and would contact me in ~2-weeks to schedule day/time to come back and take care of the problem. Yesterday (about 2-weeks from his first visit) Fernando returned and quickly made the repairs. He also adjusted the door latch, and then the storm door closing mechanism. My wife asked Fernando about a gap between the bottom of the storm door and threshold. Fernando noticed the rubber gasket was missing and he happened to have the gasket material in his truck, so he installed that too!!! We are very impressed with Fernando's friendly personality, his professionalism and making sure our new front doors perform perfectly! Thank you again Fernando!

I have an 1832 farmhouse that needed a new roof and siding and I am so grateful I found this company.From the initial sales meeting to the last nail on the job, I was so impressed with their professionalism, pride in their work, and their attention to detail. You can trust this company to get your job complete and treat your home like it was their own. Ian, Jarred, Scott, Nico and Alex were phenomenal to work with. Everyone was organized, kind, and helpful with making informed decisions every step of the way. The crews that came out (shoutout to Tony and his crew!) to do the install were some of the hardest working folks I have ever seen. They replaced my siding with Everlast! My house looks like it was just built. I have received so many compliments about it. The workers worked long hours, even past dark. They cleaned up every day. I recently purchased a new home and had to get the roof replaced. I was referred to United Home Experts, and definitely lucked out having Mario A as the Project Manager. He was a pleasure to work with, amazingly responsive and communicative, making a stressful time, easy and seamless. To add to it, about a week after the job completed, I noticed some cosmetic work that I wanted to fix, and Mario had his crew come out within a couple days to implement a solution and everything now looks perfect. Siding our entire house and replacing gutters was a huge project for us and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.From the start the project manager Nicco was very communicative. He called to introduce himself and was available every step of the way, explaining the need for any changes or additional costs. We really appreciated that. The team was very hard working - putting in full days until dusk to get our project completed faster than expected. Our 1960s house is gorgeous and updated now, thanks to the high-quality Everlast siding. It looks like painted wood. Dylan worked with us to find the best solution for our needs. He listened well and took the time to answer our questions. Absolutely no pressure to paint vs. side. Everyone went above and beyond in making sure we were happy with the work and keeping the job organized as the work went along. Every guy working on our house was respectful. The UHE team was great. I met with Mike and when I started explaining my vision, he picked right up on it. When I told him the styles of home I like, he helped chose window styles that tied to what I envisiined. It was great working with someone who could get the vision so quickly.The site team was also great. Teams pretty much stated on time with the project and they kept in touch with me during the weeks leading up to it to give me start dates. All the details I had discussed with Mike the team was on top of, and they were able to quickly adjust for change orders on a few things. Jared shot me a text every morning letting me know when the teams would be there. United Home Experts delivered on their contract and guided us along as the work was being done. When work needed to be expanded everything was explained with details and solutions. The communication from Nico was outstanding and really showed just how much he and United cared about the project. Very pleased from start to finish. They worked with us to fit our budget and never felt pressured into anything. Once we decided to go with this company for our Siding project they were in contact with a start time and date and stuck to that information. The workers who installed our siding were very professional showing up on time and when they said they would also keeping us updated on the project as it progressed. Once finished (ahead of schedule) they cleaned up the little mess that was made and made sure we were happy with the final results. Also letting us know that if we had any questions please feel free to reach out and they would get back as soon as they were able.
