Scott and his team repaired a leaky chimney and also replaced gutter guards with new HydroFlow gutter screens. The crew arrived mid-morning, completed the jobs by early afternoon, cleaned up and signed off. They were friendly and conscientious of my property. SJ Winn made getting our new roof very easy. From first phone call to finish, the whole process only took about a week. Scott and his crew were very professional and efficient, showing up early on the day of the job. In the time that it took me to drop my daughter off at school, they had the entire front of the house and property tarped off with almost the whole street side of the roof cleared. One of the hottest days of the year and they got the job done in less then a day, and left without a trace.We couldn’t be happier with our new roof and next its the gutters. Outstanding company! I had a leaking roof and more rain was coming. I called SJ Winn and they sent out Marcus that same day to examine my roof, he was very informative and explained everything. Scott called and said they could start the next day! I met Scott at a tire shop and from the very beginning he was friendly and communicative. We had wind damage on our roof from a winter storm and he helped with everything including dealing with the insurance company, who was less than helpful. Scott and his team did an excellent job replacing the roofs on my house andgarage. They arrived in a timely manner and completed the entire task in only one day. They worked carefully and the site was completely clean after they were finished.The roofs look beautiful now and I've received several complements for them.They, also, made other repairs to the house including replacing one exterior door and repairing and painting two others. One entrance needed special carpentry skills and the results were absolutely perfect. We are so very pleased that we called Scott for an estimate to re shingle our garage and back addition. I called Scott on the 13th of April, told him what we needed. He was in the area and came over within minutes to look at the job. Later that day his wonderful office staff sent the estimate to my email. A few hours later Scott called to make sure that I had received it. I told him yes and we would like to move forward with it. He mentioned that he would be able to more than likely start it the following week as he had another garage to shingle that was very close to us. Yesterday 5 days after my initial call his hard working crew showed up in the afternoon and completed the job 4.5 hours later. Awesome workmanship and what I really loved about them is they didn't leave one speck behind that would have indicated we just had our roof done. I highly recommend SJWinn and crew. I enthusiastically recommend SJ Winn for anyone who needs to repair or replace a roof. Owner (Scott) saw that ordered shingles didn’t match color & got correct shade the same day - no cost to me. I have never previously witnessed a construction crew that worked as hard as the team who replaced our roof. In 1.5 days they stripped old shingles, replaced underlaid plywood where needed, installed barrier layers and shingles, and cleaned up so well nobody would know they’d been there. Next day saw torrential rain with zero leakage anywhere. Every aspect of the work was done with care & attention to detail. All at a reasonable price and worth every dollar.
