I just want to say I wish I found this company A few years ago. The work that was done on my house today and the attention to detail and cleanliness was amazing. My door install is absolutely gorgeous. All the trim work inside and outside is five star there’s nothing bad I can say about the company at all loved working with Anthony who was my salesman to Rafael Who was my installer for the door. Rafael did an amazing job on the entire project. Every time that there was a little bit of dust or debris from cutting the old door out on my hardwood floor. He got out his little vacuum and vacuumed up the mess and then wiped it clean and then would get back to working again always cleaning up after himself. I can’t say enough about the workmanship that was done from Rafael. As soon as my door was done being installed, I text my sales guy Anthony, and said I want to do my front door now I was so pleased with the pricing and everything about this company. You can’t go wrong with these guys and how fast they respond to you and your sales person will take care of you from the moment that they get into your house till the moment that they leave. I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for doors or windows to be installed.Service: General door installation

After getting quoted $47,000 by Renewal by Anderson, the quote I got for AWS windows was way less than half of that and the window quality seemed just as good as the product Renewal advertises. The 2 gentlemen that came to do my windows were very nice and professional. The work was done in one day and the windows look beautiful! Very happy with my AWS experience. I’ve already referred one friend and I’ll continue to do so for others in search of new windows.

I can't even express enough how amazing the installers are with this company.There was a bit of issues with the office, however our installer Dave more than made up for it. Him and Christian were professional and had amazing personalities. The patience they showed coming in and out of house with 2 toddlers and a baby running around and toys everywhere was impressive because I don't even have that patience. The kids absolutely loved them. The attention to detail, their cleanliness and their professional was perfect. Dave even tried to help hang up my curtain sash because I couldn't reach lol. The crew at the office that calls for installation and updates was on top of it and kept me in the loop through the entire process. Sergey the installer did a fantastic job and finished in 1 day. We had our bay window replaced last summer and were so impressed we decided to do the rest. We recently had 8 other windows replaced and, again, very impressed. We are in the process of replacing the roof with AWS, also. Again, the process has been smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend. He explained everything in detail but didn’t pressure us or overstay his welcome compared to other companies when getting quotes. Bill and Darda were great with our window installation. This company was great from start to finish. They gave me all the information so I was able to make an informed decision. Then Dave and Christian installed the windows and they were amazing! One of my biggest pet peeves is that contractors don’t clean up their mess. They not only cleaned up any mess (if there was any, I don’t know I never saw any), but he actually organized some things for me that may or may not have been in his way. And before he left, he brought my trash cans back up the driveway!! Fantastic!The rooms are already warmer. I have pictures from last weekend of windows I still haven’t replaced when it was -12 F. We had 17 windows replaced last week by AWS and could not be more pleased with the quality of the windows as well as the entire process of purchasing/installation. As a first time window buyer, I greatly appreciated Denny from their sales team who thoughtfully answered all of my questions, was genuinely really nice to talk with, and was not “pushy” at all. Dwayne in Production was so helpful in getting all of the required documentation over to my bank for financing. The gentleman who did second window measurements was thorough and efficient. I received a few calls from AWS after signing my contract the end of January to update me on the status of my window order and ensure my project would be completed by the financing deadline. I don’t think there is a harder worker than Marcin, who did our installation in two days. He even stayed late (in the rain and still whistling with a smile on his face) on the first night to be sure he finished all he could outside before the next day’s snowstorm. The area where he worked was spotless, his workmanship was meticulous and he took the time to clearly explain all the features of our new windows and how they worked. EVERY single person I worked with at AWS was SO pleasant, friendly, and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we loved our new windows! I would highly recommend AWS and am grateful for the entire team for making this all as smooth as possible and our house immediately so much warmer!Service: Window installation
