Service was above and beyond. Every step of the service was professionally done, they inspected every angle of my gutter and roof and let me know what I need to do to preserve them. They cleaned up after the service I could hardly tell they were there. The service charge was also great they beat all the other company that gave me a quote also they provide a great payment plan so you don't have to pressure your wallet. I'm very satisfied and glad I'm a customer.

I really like their gutter service when I’m able to get them to run water down the gutters to check if they are empty. I have given them only 4 stars because sometimes they don’t run the water and the gutters are blocked at the bends and curves.Five stars for Safety - I have a tall house surrounded by trees and notice that they work safely since they have strong harnesses and wear their helmetsFour and half stars for feedback - .They are very responsive to feedback and comeback to fix any issues.However, they may take time to comeback to fix the issue.Overall a happy customer since I have used them for many years and they help keep the gutters clean . I do recommend their gutter cleaning services.

Update -I had something to say about the after service follow up and started an update with the below:still say the service was great. Rates all 5 stars HOWEVER....I shared my honest experience here and my frustrations about how service follow up was handled. To my surprise and this business's credit, I received a call directly from the owner, Shane.We reviewed the issue and Shane advised they have procedures in place to address my concerns and would do so without haste. He restored my faith and trust in their process and I am happy to share the following.Update to my update:Ned Steven's wants to do things right for their customers. They recognize that sometimes things go wrong, and when things do, ownership is accountable and responsive. They care about the service provided, client satisfaction and as a result are building a solid service based organization.I will trust them with my future business and would recommend their services anytime.This is a great business. The appointment setup was easy over the phone, services prepaid by card. The crew showed up within 10 days, completed the work quickly and cleaned up after themselves. The key is them showing up. Other services make promises and don't deliver. This business didn't offer promises, they simply said what they would do, and then did what they said. This simple concept has been lost over much of the service industry.

Highly recommended. Personable, fast service from the call to set up a date and time to come out to the actual cleaning visit. The guys were professional, came with the right equipment and did everything promised - blew out leaves, rinsed gutters with water, and cleaned up the debris by raking and bagging. Their service was perfect. I will be using them again next year!

Stay away from this company!I’ve been a loyal customer for several years at 2 different residences. They cleaned my gutters twice in the past year at this house at the same rate. I was on a service plan. I recently renewed my service plan with a small increase in price due to inflation (totally reasonable) I prepaid for 2 cleanings. I waited over a month for a crew to come out. Now it’s mid-December with freezing temps. The crew showed up and left within 1 minute. I assumed it was because it was early morning and frosty and they were not able to do the service due to safety reasons. After numerous calls, I was finally told that it wasn’t due to safety, it was because they could not do the service at my prepaid price. They wanted to charge me an additional $134 which is an increase of 40% over what I was quoted and prepaid for - and paid twice in the past. If there was an issue in price with the size of my house, I surely should have been warned at my last cleaning in the spring. And the company should have never renewed my contract at the same rate. In speaking with the supervisor, they agreed that I was not wrong, that they should have told me about the increase in price after my last cleaning, and should not have renewed my contract at the same price. However, even in admitting that they were at fault, they would not honor the contract that I prepaid for. I have since gotten 2 in person quotes from 2 reputable llc gutter cleaning companies, both of which quoted me the same price I was previously paying Ned Stevens. Terrible customer service, price gauging loyal customers, terrible company. Stay far, far away

Signed up for gutter cleaning with Ned Stevens. Simple straightforward and easy. Crew came within a week. Rang doorbell and started the service. Came back and informed me that my gutter sponges were no longer effective and were causing ineffective drainage and flooding of the gutters due to growth in the sponges. Agreed to remove sponges for an additional charge of $50 and then they were able to clean the gutters. The crew did a great job, took away the sponges and cleaned up the area. I was very pleased. I think the sponges were quite old so I was not really surprised. I need to decide whether new sponges will be effective or some other form of keeping gutters clean.

We paid for a ‘full’ package that included leaf removal, flushing all four corners of our rectangular shaped roof gutter system, inspecting all fittings, and repairs/shoring up loose parts of the gutter and drain/down spout system. The crew was only on site for maybe 20-30 minutes. Upon leaving, a card was left on the door saying that we needed to contact the company because they found an issue.They left our water on and a small bag of leaves to show they had been at the house. No verbal communication.We called the company. A rep informed us that the crew noticed moss all around perimeter of roof. I asked to see evidence. I was informed the crew could not take photos since they did not go on the roof. That is incorrect as we heard the crew walking on the roof.I was then pitched a power washing service that included some environmentally safe products for the price of more than $700 to presumably take care of the moss and supposedly prevent deterioration of the roof shingles.I asked to have the crew come back and explain what they saw and take pictures as I wasn’t comfortable accepting just the word of the rep. I was told that the crew did not speak English and could/would not come back. I asked for the written report from the crew with what they saw which was basically no more than 10 words in some type of short hand.If Ned Stevens wants to sell me a $700+ service I will need more than 10 words to justify/explain what the issue is.

This family owned company is great! Did a great job inspecting and cleaning my house gutters. The guys were polite and professional. The office personel are wonderful. Called Ned Stevens for a blocked gutter. They told me that they don’t do partial gutter cleaning, only full house, which was consistent with other companies I spoke with. Their price was reasonable, not the cheapest estimate I had but certainly one of the cheapest. I spoke to Brian on the phone who was very nice and explained me the process which ultimately made me decide to go with Ned Stevens. They came very quickly, within 48 hours which was much quicker than other companies were saying they could come. Overall great experience, would certainly recommend and I will likely also use their window cleaning service in the future.

They came out and clean out all my gutter that was clogged and full with leaf I have a very high and steep roof but for them it wasn’t a problem. They even inspected and pointed out any noticeable problems that needed immediate attention to prevent any future roof issues for a very reasonable price with an invoice showing the break down on service cost and also they do fallow up calls to see how well was their service. Very excellent customer service i will definitely use them again in the future.

My order was for gutter cleaning and clean two (2) dryer washer vents. One dryer vent was cleaned and we said two were to be cleaned. Then they looked at the order and said , Yes there are two. If we were not there and did not mention this, only one dryer vent would have been done, yet the order was for two. Other than that issue, all was done and I am satisfied. I will recommend the company to others in my family.

I wanted my gutters cleaned. They said they found an "issue" with my down spout and it needed to be replaced for over $400. When.they came back, they thought they were going to replace all my gutters. I stopped them, which was no easy feat as one of them did not understand English and I had to show them where the downspout was. I had let them talk me into chimney cover and was quoted a price of $170. They came and were here for about 10 minutes and charged me over $300. Apparemtly this is a bait and switch company, taking advantage of a woman living alone.Would not reccomend

This was my first time. Two men came, they stomped very loudly on my roof, "raked the roof shingles"? No one's ever done that, it's not good for shingles to be "hard raked", or raked at all. They didn't go to the back, and were gone within 14 minutes (Exactly) start to finish. Didn't wash anything. They just tossed leaves on the ground from the roof and one "Blew leaves away from the back yard with a blower. Then they left were just gone?? That's it???Never again.

Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning was a professional, efficient business to work with from start to finish. When I initially contacted them to get quotes for power washing and gutter cleaning of the home, they were courteous and provided a precise quote with a senior discount. I scheduled the job. They did a superb job completing both jobs in one visit. All work was top-notch. There was one small brown area from debris behind a shutter. When I called them, they came out again and re-did that area. I would highly recommend this company. The house looks pristine. Thanks to the great team who completed this work.

The guys showed up got right to work. They were careful to keep a mess to a minimum then they cleaned up bagged the debris. The best part… I don’t have to worry about being home.
