My daughter had a house fire 2 days before Christmas this past holiday season. W&K Restoration came out the evening of the fire and took care of everything. They had a team on-site immediately. W&K Restorations response time was unbelievable and had equipment drying everything up in no time! the Project manager who had come out to inspect the situation, was not only professional, but walked me through the steps to take with my insurance carrier which made it much simpler, let's be honest no one wants to deal with insurance! This I had yet another flood in my basement and this time it was waste coming from the toilet. I was so overwhelmed because I’m a first time homeowner and didn’t know what to do and I work from home. My expectations were blown away with WKR. I had a plumbing leak at my house that caused a ceiling to collapse and WKR came out within 30 minutes of my phone call to set up dehumidifiers and protect the damaged area. Throughout the insurance claim they took the initiative to coordinate with my insurance company which made the entire process smooth. Highly recommend for any insurance claims or just any restoration work and property rehab jobs. I am already using them again for some work on a rental property.
