Price was good compared to other companies quotes and finished work looks good and blends into roof well. Was a bit of a challenge to getting work scheduled and completed but as mine was a smaller repair job vs a replacement I understand that I was scheduled around other larger jobs.

We had a great experience with Henderson. Dale was professional, helpful, and attentive with all of our questions, and parameters. Dale took the time to explain the difference between the numerous brands of siding, window styles, and doors. The crew started our project on time, and worked efficiently and quickly. They paid a lot of attention to detail, and went above, and beyond when we needed a last minute adjustment for our exterior lighting. Our entire project went smoothly, professionally, and looks fantastic, all at a competitive price. Would definitely recommend. 10 out of 10.

After getting quotes from a couple other roofing companies that do asphalt and a couple metal roof quotes, we decided to go with John Henderson Construction to do our roof in April 2021. Dealing with Ben was great. He explained everything in detail from the different shingles, the warranty coverages, to what goes under the shingles, to what if we need to replace plywood, etc.Speaking of plywood, we ended up needing a few sheets as they found some were delaminating after the old shingles were removed. Being the stand up company that they are, they honored the price of the plywood that was quoted to me, and not the higher price that it actually was at the time. I also asked them to install an updated roof vent for my bathroom fan while they were up there, they said no problem.The crew worked quick and clean and went over the yard a few times after to make sure there were no nails, trash, or pieces of shingles anywhere. The guy that showed up to give us our quote inspected the roof very thoroughly and took measurements.After which he explained all of our options and gave us a quote right then and there.The crew showed up to replace the roof on time and was very thorough.After they strip the roof they inspected all the plywood and had to replace a few pieces.After they put down the new roof they cleaned up and you could never tell they were even here.Services: Roof inspection, Roof installation

We contacted Henderson Roofing to find and repair a roof leak on our home in New London. They came out, inspected and suggested gutters in addition to adding new roof shingles to correct the issue. A week or so later it rained and the roof leaked and dripped in the same location inside the house as previously. We called the office repeatedly over an 8 day period, and were assured the sales person or person who did the work would call us back. Finally we received a call from the salesman indicating the only option was to have a few of their workman come out on an hourly basis to spray the roof. They refused to stand behind their work. We later discovered that they had not fully run the last course of shingles under the siding. Poor communication and workmanship.

The first appointment was made through the office. Then later confirmed by text. The quote was emailed soon after with a clear explanation and price. The work was scheduled and finished as quickly as the weather allowed and afterwards the finished job was well explained and a few more recommendations were made. The crew was clean and fast. With this company I did not get a sales pitch, I got Ben, he was honest, he didn't use any sales tactic's, he climbed up on the roof to inspect everything, not just take a picture and measurements, he explained everything he was going to do, he has a great reliable product and the work was done on time and very well. After a strong nor’easter two nights before Christmas, I noticed a leak coming from the outside of my brick chimney wall and. Santa’s sleigh hadn’t even landed yet. When I called Henderson, they sent out a team right away to fix the flashing around the chimney.When I decided to lease solar panels, I thought it was time to install gutter guards. Henderson Roofing completed a total roof job including removal of two existing layers of shingles and laid new plywood sheathing and installed new architectural shingles complete with ridge vents and chimney flashing. Best service there is. We were very satisfied. Had house and garage roof done by 2 pm. In one day it was incredible to watch! The workers showed up at 650 and were all cleaned up and finished by 2. A large crew of 9 workers. Very quick, very efficient, very hard workers, they all had a job/task to do and worked great together. Very professional Company !
