Jhonny is an excellent general contractor to work with.My wife and I purchased a home in Lyme this Summer. Jhonny and his team at Trusted General Contractor completed multiple exterior upgrades to the house before our purchase, including new cedar impression siding and roof improvements. The roof above our living room is a large, flat roof, which was our only concern when purchasing the house. Luckily, the prior owner was fantastic and agreed to have Jhonny and his team install a new EPDM roof to address our concerns about potential leaks. We experienced a small leak about a month ago and contacted Jhonny for help. Jhonny was highly responsive and came over the same day with his crew to assess and fix the issue. He provided detailed pictures of before and after, including where they found the leak to be present at a crack in the chimney. We were very impressed with Jhonny's rapid response in servicing our house and assuring us of his continued support to address any future issues honoring the labor/material warranty.
