Keith’s staff didn’t incredible job installing both a new roof and a new gutter system. All the men here were very nice and respectful and very clean. When they were done, you would not even know we had construction take place here, and I could not find a single mail anywhere in the flowerbeds or in the yard. The finished product looks beautiful and I’ve already had several compliments from neighbors. I would absolutely recommend KG Roofing to anyone.

I do not hesitate to give Keith Gavin Roofing 5 stars, they deserve it. From receiving the initial quote to completing the work (3 different crews worked on our project- one for the roof, one for the gutters, one for siding update/repair)- all 3 crews and Keith were easy to work with, did great professional work, and provided awesome guidance. No surprises either, got what we asked for (and a bit more) for the price agreed upon. I got 3 quotes, KG wasn't the lowest, but I believe they were the best value and I would use them again if a need arises (I never even knew them before this project). It was pleasant to work with a contractor that did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and at the price they quoted. A big thank you to Keith and his crews. I am happy to recommend them.

Keith and his team are wonderful to work with. They responded very promptly, came out quickly to look at our roof in Willington, provided a very reasonable quote within a couple of days, and started the job within a week. The roof was stripped and replaced beautifully in one day because the roofing team worked very hard and stayed until the job was complete. The yard was left very clean. Also, Keith was great at communicating. We were told exactly when the job would start, when it would be finished, and when the building inspector would return for the final inspection. I highly recommend this extremely professional company. I can't say enough great things about them, and there was not one negative aspect to this deal. Great company!!

I cannot say enough good things about Keith Gauvin Roofing. I live in Ashford, CT and needed my roof replaced. They completed my entire roof in only one day. The workers were very professional. They cleaned up when they were finished so well that you couldn't even tell they had been there. Keith was very easy to work with and was very responsive to messages/emails. His pricing was very fair, better than other quotes I got. The roof came out great and we have peace of mind knowing that it has a 30 year warrantee! I needed a new roof as I had a couple of leaks and received several quotes. Keith responded immediately with a competitive quote and Jonathan came out to reassure me that I did not need to replace as much plywood as another contractor quoted. I cannot say enough about the work ethic of their crew. Even neighbors remarked how hard they worked. Jonathan was able to answer all my questions and ease my concerns. Keith and his crew did a great job on my roof. They finished the job within a few days of my giving them the go ahead - very responsive. They showed up at 7:00 am and were done before I got home from work - quick work! I had my roof replaced by Keith Gauvin Roofing in October of 2023. I live in Suffield, Connecticut. I was extremely satisfied with the work that was done. My roof was approximately 43 square and the job included stripping off 2 courses of shingles down the plywood on a 37 year old house. They replaced damaged plywood, installed ice in water in all the valleys and 6 feet up from the gutters, full underlayment on the roof, replaced the drip edge, ridge vents, a portion of my cedar siding and replaced the lead around the chimney. The materials and a dumpster were dropped off at my house on a Wednesday and a crew of 14 guys arrived promptly at 7a.m. the next day. The entire project was completed in a single day. I don't think I have ever seen people work as hard as these guys When they left the property was very clean and you could barely tell they were there. I would recommend Keith Gauvin Roofing for anyone looking to do a roof replacement.Sincerely,Brian Kost

Can’t sing praises high enough. They went above and beyond. Had a serious roof leak. Emailed Keith Thursday afternoon. He came out Friday morning. Had the estimate by Saturday. Permit in and approved by Monday morning. Dumpster and material on site by Monday afternoon. Crew here at 7 sharp Tuesday morning. Lindsey kept us informed all day with pictures. Job turned into a bigger mess than thought but they fixed it all. All done by 4:30 that afternoon. A great company to work with. Restored my faith in contractors!!

We replaced the roof on our home in Vernon in mid October with Keith Gauvin Roofing. Keith, Jonathan, and their team did a great job from start to finish! Highly recommend. Really honest contractors. I appreciated their straight talk, not being afraid to give me a worst case scenario price on my old and neglected house (a price we didn’t come anywhere near but at least I was prepared) and also, swiftly returning an overpayment which I made by accident!! The roof looks so much better now and after two heavy rains I can tell that the basement is getting a lot less moisture too thanks to their thoughtful planning & work. Keith answered immediately when I called. We made an appointment for the next day and Jon arrived on time. They created a fair proposal and performed the work as soon as the weather permitted. Prior to the job they communicated when their supplies and the dumpster would be delivered. The team arrived on time and completed the work in 3 hours. The team used a drone to take photos of their work from above. The dumpster and extra supplies were picked up within 4 hours. The team cleaned the area leaving no sign they had been there.
