They did my new roof. Very reasonable price, and the owner came out right away to give the estimate. I'm happy with how it looks (and no issues so far), and the owner was on-site for the install. The only issue was with clean-up, it was the day after Tropical Storm Isaias so the owner left the crew to clean up once the roof was completed, and they damaged some plants and left a mess (I was gone because we had lost power). But the owner made it right afterward, which I appreciated--many contractors would not have accepted responsibility. I do wish I had a written warranty on labor (I know other companies do that) but overall I was happy with the roof and you can't beat the price. They did a great job on the gutters, too--other companies told me I needed new gutters, but Homa said they just needed some adjustments and installed bigger downspouts, and so far that has fixed the issue I was having.

I used this company in the spring and had a good experience. The owner and I discussed doing gutter guards in the fall. I emailed the secretary three weeks ago to schedule the job and she responded that the owner would call me to schedule. During these three week I emailed two more times to confirm if they till were able to do the job, with no response. Today, I have motion on my Ring camera and its the company at my home to do the job. I told them through the camera no one is home, and would like be there so I can pay, ect. I called the office and the secretary told me “its gutter guards its not brain surgery, we have been busy”. I get 100% if a company is busy, but I simply asked to be given a heads up when they are coming so I can make arrangements, I assumed due to no response or call in three weeks that they no linger were able to do the job. The secretary told me I was wasting her time and not to call them again. I called the owner who I worked with the first project to ask just to reschedule, he would not let me get a word in, told me they have been busy and hung up on me twice. Any potential clients beware. Professionalism and customer service is #1 for me, but clearly not for this company.
