The service we received from Mr. Handyman was fantastic. The tech that came out was very polite and he did great work. He let me know what he was doing every step of the way and was happy to show me the results after. He explained why things looked the way they did and made sure I was happy before he left for the day. The kind woman I spoke to as well to give my payment information was just as kind and polite. We will happily come back if we have another need for their service.

I hired Mr. Handyman to remove a large mirror glued to the wall. He did the job so quickly that I was very pleasantly surprised. And an excellent job too. I was worried the wall would be a mess but he was so neat that it’ll be easy to patch & repair. Will definitely hire again.

Excellent service. Attic stairs fell out. Gave us 2 estimates based on our initial call - repair and replacement. Came same day. Needed replacement. Removed stairs that day ensuring safe passage in hallway. Gave us option to pick up materials ourselves - which we did. They told us exactly what was needed. Returned next morning for installation. Excellent communication- text telling us exactly who was arriving, their bio and when. Arrived on time. Stairs are now correctly installed & safe!! The service and quality of work provided by the technician who came to my home was impeccable. However, the company itself is extremely over price. I am disabled veteran. When I inquired with the company regarding veteran discounts, they deducted $20. The company charged me roughly $1000 to take the tile off of a 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 room bathroom floor. $120 an hour for labor which totaled about $600 and the remaining $400 was to buy one or two pieces of plywood, some screws and some filler for the floor. The work was great if you’re willing to pay for overpriced service. My advice would be to shop around and find a more reasonably priced handyman service

He replaced 6 screens on our double-hung windows, which had been damaged by cats and one squirrel that tried to eat its way into the house. My experience with this company was nothing but a waste of time. I called the office to have someone install two replacement windows, he gave me a quote for the labor that sounded appropriate and scheduled a day for someone to come out and take measurements. The scheduled time slot came around the next week and I’m waiting there for nothing because no one ever showed up. I called the office and spoke to someone the next day, “it was a scheduling error” …. Ok sure, fine we’ll reschedule for a couple days from now. I get to my home at the time slot and someone actually showed up! Nice guy, he took the measurements of the window and what not, told me I’d be contacted in the morning with a more information. It’s been over a week and I’ve heard nothing from them. Maybe because it is a small job and they don’t stand to make all that much money off of it they chose to throw me on the back burner but if that’s the situation you should at least communicate it.
