Francis and his team were outstanding! They immediately came on site after a failed sump pump flooded our finished basement and were calming, kind, and showed concern. Within 12 hours, the entire basement and its contents including wall-to-wall carpeting and wet sheet rock had been removed and discarded. Francis did an amazing job cleaning and sanitizing my sisters apartment and car. We needed all the residue from her being a smoker removed from the walls, ceiling, floors, rugs, cabinets and all the knickknacks. He worked for 2 days and walking in now it is fresh, clean and safe. Francis came to do an inspection over a month ago. Still have not gotten a quote/estimate. I would not waste your time with this company. All they did was waste a month of our time and delay the project further. If you are overloaded with the amount of work that you have currently, you should not waste new potential customers time if you are too swamped to even send a quote. Don't set up new inspections if you cannot handle the workload. I emailed about two weeks after the inspection asking for the quote and was given the runaround. He said it would be sent in a couple of days. Waited two more weeks, still no quote. Look for another company.

If you are looking for a restoration service company look no further. In today’s world franchises usually don’t have the owner performing the job for the client whereas Puroclean of Fairfield is indeed the exception to the rule.Francis showed up quickly and was willing to work with me within my budget since my insurance did not cover my sewage basement claim100%.Francis was professional, reasonable, and paid attention to detail. Right after Francis cleaned out my basement my pump broke again the following week and Francis was kind enough to drop off his air cleaner so that I can get rid of the toxic air in my basement for the second time.I really had a terrible experience with the two other restoration companies that I contacted because they were not responsive and promised they would call back and they never did. Unexpected home damage is stressful - we recently had a broken water pipe in our finished basement. Very quickly after we hung up the phone with our insurance company, we were contacted by Francis and team from PuroClean. That same day they were inspecting the property and putting machines in place to begin the remediation process. They stayed in touch with us on a daily basis and put us at ease during a difficult time.
