VERY happy with the excellent service which this company delivers! Friendly, accommodating, reasonably-priced, and exceptionally responsive! We had a lockout at our place of business, and AA was not only on-site within an hour (worked hard to squeeze us in between their scheduled appointments), but also unlocked the door and created keys for us in what seemed like minutes. We will absolutely be utilizing AA Lock & Key for all of our future locksmith needs!

Such great people. The gas cap on my motorcycle was frozen. They gave me great advice on the phone. Didn't quite work so I went there and they fixed it in 15 min! I'd spent 4 hours on it.Go there!

After some petty thefts in our apt building, Dan from AA came in, assessed what we needed then fixed everything! He is polite, knowledgeable and efficient.Once before, another local locksmith tried to talk me out of a new high tech lock because he did not know how to install or service it.Not Dan! He and the team investigated what I was considering and came up with a great solution. Multiple brains on this problem working together. I highly recommend them to other real estate agents as well as residential and commercial customers.

We recently moved locations and the locksmith from AA Lock and Key was extremely helpful! He showed us different options for locks for our front door and back door. Additionally, he helped replace the hardware for the bathroom door so it could function like it should instead of always being locked like it was. I obviously am not an expert in locks, so the advice your technician gave us was well appreciated. Best part is we called on a Thursday and your company was here the very next Monday. Great service and we highly recommend AA Lock & Key for any locksmith needs in the CT and RI area.

So I cannot describe my wonderful service from AA Lock & Key without at least describing what I was there for. I had recently purchased a no name brand of roof rack for my car at a yard sale, and it had no key. Well I had made a few calls to other locksmiths in the area to help me first unlock the roof rack, then remove the tumbler, and lastly make a key for this off-brand system. So after getting the runaround from other competitors AA Lock & Key was more than happy to help. Debbie called me back when their technician Dave was available. Not only was the welcome to their shop warming, but their customer service was amazing. Dave was not only able to accomplish everything I had asked for, he had completed it no time. To make a long story short their service was incredible and I will not recommend any other locksmith, or be having any other company than AA Lock & Key for my future security and lock needs. One of the absolutes in life is that whenever you need them AA Lock & Key will deliver. Last minute problem locking up? Dave or Bob are going to help you solve it. Any lock problem we've ever had they've fixed it or they know who can make it happen. The only thing they haven't done for us is break the bank. Good service, reasonable rates, they can't be beat!

Dave ins't just locks, keys, and door handles. He helped a person I know that was leaving town for a few months for a double lung transplant. Obviously, money is tight for a family with this happening. He came up with a security plan for him and his family and showed how he would be saving quite a bit more money. This is a huge advantage for Dave. He has security planning. I would recommend Dave Vessels at AA Lock & Key.
