I will recommend Phil to anyone and everyone. He redid my mother's kitchen and bathroom floors and they look beautiful. She couldn't be happier with them. He got them done in no time. Phil is very proud of his work so you will definitely get 100% every time. Was great dealing with my 8 year old niece asking him a million questions and even went above and beyond fixing little unrelated things he saw in the house. He will also be making custom medicine cabinet doors for her. Below are before and after of the kitchen floor. Phil is my “go-to” for any home improvement projects. He’s done a number of home renovations for me and I know he’ll always give a fair price and do an excellent job! Some of the past items he’s completed for me include tiling the master bath and replacing the vanity, medicine cabinet, light fixtures, and vent; replacing my front door, side door and storm doors; building covers for my steam radiators to make sure little fingers stay away; and most recently he stopped by to help with an unusual problem including my 2 year old and the toilet 😬. Phil was awesome to work with and a genuinely nice person and even fit us into his busy schedule when we told him we were on a pretty tight timeline to move out of state. His rates are very fair and honestly he could have charged more and it would still be worth it since his quality of work is just that good. Phil did an amazing job installing a pedestal sink, door trim, patched a wall that had a huge hole in it from a bad electrical issue and installed a brand new kitchen countertop and sink with faucet. Everything looked so well finished even though we did not buy top of the line products for the renovation. He even came up with solutions to some quirky problems we had and his work was impeccable. He cleaned up after each day of work which was appreciated.
