Fiderio and Son's is a 5-star company. From our initial appointment until our primary bedroom, bath and laundry addition was completed, it was evident that we were working with a professional, competent, friendly and dedicated team. Their proposal was very detailed. We knew exactly what they would be responsible for, and what our responsibilities would be. A big plus for us when deciding to hire Fiderio and Sons was the fact that they have a showroom that offered an excellent selection of cabinetry, tiling, hardware etc. It saved us many hours that we would have spent going to individual showrooms. Workers were on site almost daily, with exceptions for illness or weather. All of the work was completed on time, and met, or exceeded, all of our expectations. Everyone on the Fiderio team was a pleasure to work with. It was evident that they not only aimed to please the homeowner, but that they also took pride in the work that they did. We highly recommend Fiderio and Sons.

I had used them several years ago for my siding and windows and was very happy with their communication, correspondence, professionalism , care and finished results. So when I needed a new roof they were my ONLY choice. From the moment I called Margaretann, my appointment was timely scheduled I knew I was in good hands. A few days later Yancy Barton arrived at my house for a quote and to show me samples. Yancy was a pleasure to do business with! He was attentive to what I wanted , showed me samples and was knowledgeable about the the product. Our existing bathroom was 30+ years old and honestly, anything would have been a huge improvement. I'm not certain we were prepared for just how great the finished product turned out.Fiderio & Sons wasn't the lowest quote for the work and we chose them based on someone's recommendation. Absolutely zero regrets!Their employees and subs showed up when expected, did quality work with top-shelf products, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Having a project manager to work with made the entire process painless. We had a garage and mud room added to our house. From start to finish, the Fiderio team was amazing! They provided a detailed design for the project and they were able to accommodate the changes we wanted. During the construction phase, Paul the project manager provided us with a detailed schedule and his team stuck to it. His crew was friendly and each day cleaned up the day’s mess. We just bought a old house from the 1930s that had a roof and chimney that were well past their prime. Fiderio's replaced the roof and updated our chimney. We were not disappointed. Fiderio's was responsive, communicative, explained each step thoroughly and did a fantastic job getting both of those jobs in before the first freeze! Project was fast and efficient. Clean-up was also very thorough. You would not have believed they were even there the day after -- except we had a gorgeous new roof. Very happy with their service. Was quoted $70,000 - $90,000 for a 400 sq ft deck. Completely overpriced. I was given no explanation as to what material was being used. I asked Margaretann if I could receive a breakdown cost so I could see everything laid out and to see what decking brand was being quoted. I was told if I agreed to the price range then they would go onto the next steps with more detail. She mentioned Dave would reach out to me and I received no response. A deck that size should cost half of my quoted price even if it was a higher end composite decking. I’m sure they do great work but it’s completely overpriced. I feel bad for other customers that they may have taken advantage of with their high quotes.

From our first call with Dave to get estimates, to going to the showroom to look at fixtures, to Jeff doing his final checks and a follow up, we had an amazing experience. This was the first full room renovation we have had since moving into our home about 5 years ago and we couldn't be happier with how our bathroom looks now. The whole team was polite, courteous and answered all questions we had along the way. Margaretann in the office was wonderful with communication when we needed her as well. We had walls in our tub area replaced, a whole new vanity top added, a new closet constructed out of a jack/jill entry way, medicine cabinet removed and so on. They finished within 7 working days, even when we called to ask if there were a few small things they could add to the list of renovations. We have used Fiderio in the past and had contracted them again to install some replacement windows. Our plans got sidetracked when a storm did an extensive amount of damage to our home prior to install, putting multiple trees through our roof. I am glad we were working with them at the time because Fiderio was a great help to us throughout the process of piecing our house back together. They were able to help through the insurance claim process, providing a better understanding of the repairs needed so we could negotiate our settlement. They handled multiple layers of repair from structural repair, roofing, siding, interior repairs, the windows and more. Jonathan was communicative throughout keeping us updated and always available when we had questions. All staff we interacted with were great. Look forward to using them for future projects.

Hello all residential folks!We had great success with our 11 Window install. The entire team are Rock Stars, clean, polite, pro's _and a couple weeks later I asked if they might have any window trim left over ( I have a small project) and they did- just enough - how cool is this- Yancy came back out to deliver and it was a pleasure to chat for awhile. A+ Company!For over 4 years we had wanted to change our damaged/ugly aluminum siding to vinyl and make the house pop more and look better while enjoying time outside during the summer. Fiderio and Sons worked with us in the beginning to go over material and prices. At the time we couldn't make the commitment but they were patience and worked with us to get everything perfect years later. You are in communication with different people throughout the job and everything is paid attention too so nothing goes unnoticed. Fiderio is My go to for house construction and repairs. Over the years, they have remodeled a bathroom, installed windows throughout the house, sliding doors, installed a new roof and front door. They have also painted the exterior of our home. They always work with me on various options and give me a choice of what can be done. The teams are always professional and knowledgeable. They have experts in all categories of construction. So if problems arise, they have the right guy to solve it. Most recently we had some security windows replaced in our detached garage. Was given three options and Fiderio helped me make the right choice for our needs. The job was done expertly and with minimal disturbance or need for my consultation. It was done before I knew it and cleaned up as if no one had been there. Installer showed me the work and how to use the new windows from locks to security features to pullout for cleaning. We also had our house painted by them and I cannot say enough about the amazing job they did. We have a very old house. The didn't just paint over the crud or rot. They sanded to the bones and replaced wood everywhere necessary. They fully coated the undercoat and applied a decent amount of paint for top coat so as not to see through. They even stained my deck. We approached the daunting challenge to add on to our home and extensively remodel our 1970’s colonial home and instantly felt comfortable when we met the owner, John Fiderio.In the process of updating every room, including an open floor plan, John and his entire team became our "teammates" to execute our remodeling project, which included two separate new foundations to add approximately 1,000 square feet of living space. Once the plans were finalized, we worked with the Fiderio team to select the materials while we were very pleased at the pace of the remodeling. Paul was an amazing conductor of the construction phase of the project. Every day there were 6 – 12 workers on site, gutting the inside, excavating and pouring the foundations, while coordinating the inspections, roofing and all trades. The timing of this large project was a concern and we were pleasantly surprised when the work was completed in less time than schedule, actually less than 3.5 months from start. The Fiderio team coordinated all activities.During the project, we were extremely pleased with the cleanliness and professionalism of the workers as well as John’s personal attention to details. Mark was wonderful executing the finishing touches in the kitchen and crown modeling. The bottom line - John and his team met the timeline with a superior product. We would gladly do this project again and there is no question we would do it again with Fiderio & Sons!

Nothing but GREAT things to say about Fiderio & Sons. From the beginning, they have been very professional, easy to work with, and very accommodating. Jonathan Fiderio was very polite and not pushy like a lot of sales people. Their showroom may seem small from the outside, but inside, they have tons of samples of tiles, flooring, cabinets, and other fixtures to look at (they even have a secret door to the downstairs that's behind a bookshelf - my 4 year old loved that!). The carpenters and other people from Fiderio & Sons working on our bathrooms are extremely nice and doing a great job. If they have questions on how we want something done in the bathrooms, they ask before doing it so it's done correctly the first time. I would highly recommend Fiderio & Sons to anyone looking for someone to do renovations and remodeling in their house.

Can't say enough about our experience with Fiderio & Sons. From start to finish it was a great experience. They responded quickly to our initial service inquiry. The salesperson - Mike Uccellini was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions and make sure he fully understood what we were looking to have done. He offered expert advice when we needed it. The office staff was great promptly returned my emails and phone calls about scheduling. Finally the carpenter, Steve was superb! He was very detailed oriented, clean and meticulous!! All around a 5 star performance was delivered! In this day and age where service, communication and follow up seem to be lacking by a lot of service oriented companies it was nice to work with with one that delivered on all of their promises!!
