Matt and his NHR team came highly recommended and as another satisfied customer, it’s easy to see why. My husband and I hired him to finish an otherwise unusable low attic space. We had a great experience with NHR construction. Our home had a kitchen fire and the entire downstairs of our condo had to be remodeled. It was a big undertaking since we needed a new kitchen, painting, ceiling redone, and new hard wood floors. But no task was too big for Matt and his crew! We have had Matt Nadile come to our home for several projects both large and small. He always shows up when he says he will, is quick to return phone calls, provides quotes quickly, stays within budget and does great work. An added bonus, he leaves the job cleaner than when he started. Matt has always been honest with us about our options and what each option will cost. He is respectful and understanding of our needs and budget. So far we've had Matt replace a bathroom floor, install drywall under a staircase, install flooring in our basement, and repair a leak in our roof around vent pipes. Matt responded the same day we contacted him after a large tree branch damaged our garage roof. He put a temporary cover on the area to prevent rain damage and keep out animals until he was able to permanently repair the damage. He was very professional and did an excellent job repairing the roof and cleaning up afterward. He was able to match the new shingles quite well. Communication with the office was easy and they were very responsive. We highly recommend NHR Construction.

We used NHR to install eight replacement windows in our cape. They showed up when they said they would and were reasonably priced. They clean as they go and took away the old windows. Matt will make recommendations of products based on his experience, price point, and quality. They even dealt with a customer service issue from the manufacturer for us.

I hired NHR since my daughter gave them a high recommendation. My project encompassed skylights, roofing, a master bath and half bath, windows, wood flooring, insulating, Sheetrock, replacing nob and tubing electrical, tile work, doors and a pocket door. Everything was done to the last detail. And they didn’t mind as I added things along the way. I will hire them again in the future projects I have planned.
