We had out master bathroom done by Alan Dinsmoor Contracting Services in 2019. He and his team did an AMAZING job!A few weeks ago we noticed water marks in our dining room ceiling, which happens to be below our master bathroom.Alan and one of his workers came out to assist us in finding what was causing the leak. He ultimately figured out it was our detachable shower handle.Alan took care of this for us. He fixed the problem and had his drywall guy come in to assist with the holes that were cut in the ceiling to find the leak.My wifevand I just want to praise Alan and his team for being very quick to reply to us. He was willing to stay at our house as long as it took to find the leak. He gave us some great advice and was very professional.Our problem was fixed very quickly. We appreciate his time and efforts. It shows he takes his work very seriously and cares about his customers (current and past).Service: Remodeling

Alan remodeled 2 bathrooms and nearly the entire downstairs (kitchen + living room/dining room) in our home. After meeting with Alan he gave us some great ideas for modernizing the bathrooms and opening up the kitchen to add a lot of usable space. The job involved significant demolition in the kitchen area and included replacing the entire downstairs floor with tile. During the project Alan communicated very well letting us know what was happening each week. Along the way Alan ran into some structural issues that he was able to repair. The project took a bit longer to complete due to the extra work required but it was all worth it. The craftsmanship is top notch and we are very pleased with the finished product. I would highly recommend Alan and his team for any serious remodeling job.

We just had our basement remodel done by Alan and his crew and they are the golden ticket of contracting conpanies! The whole project experience was great. Communication was always open with Alan and his team on the work they would be doing and when and what to expect. The flooring install was top notch andthe tile work is beautiful. We also had some molding replaced and dry wall repair performed as well. The respect and professionalism between everyone was fantastic and we are over the moon with how phenomenal our new basement looks. We are so pleased we're already planning for additional work with them. I would strongly recommend using Alan Dinsmoor and his company!

I hired Alan Dinsmoor to remodel 2 bathrooms in a house that was built in 1961. He started construction while I was out of town and he discovered significant structural damage in my home. He was excellent with communication providing real time updates and solutions. He was also calming...helping me not to panic when I saw pictures of severe wood rot and exterior damage to my home.Once the structural issues were attended to we moved forward with the fun part! He designed a lovely and functional bathroom complete with heated floors...a rain head...and gorgeous tiling! I would love to show a picture as words dont do this project justice. He was patient with decisions and made minor adjustments throughout the project. Every detail was attended to including the final painting.In addition to the high quality work, flexibility and attention to detail Alan and his team were very dependable and respectful of my time. They were always conscientious in cleaning up every day. We trusted them enough to have full access to our home when we were working and besides slipping my puppy an occasional dog treat my house remained pristine.

My husband and I recently used ADCS Contractors to renovate our master bathroom. During our initial consultations, Alan Dinsmoor helped us to explore various options until we had a clear vision for what we wanted. He provided expert guidance in the design of our shower and in the selection of plumbing fixtures. His pricing was reasonable and there were no unexpected additional charges.The quality of the workmanship provided by the ADCS crew was excellent. The paint job they did, which included painting the adjoining master bedroom, was first-rate. And we have never seen better tile work. Every member of the ADCS crew was polite and considerate and we were comfortable leaving them unattended in our home for extended periods of time. There were a few unexpected delays along the way (example: one fixture we wanted was on back order) and so our project was completed later than expected. Having worked with quite a few contractors in the past, we have learned that delays of this sort are inevitable. But any disappointment in the delay was far outweighed by the quality of the work that was ultimately done. Alan Dinsmoor is a professional who takes great pride in his work and who is dedicated to providing customer satisfaction. Unlike contractors we have used in the past, he was exceptional at keeping in touch with us and providing clear, accurate, and timely communication. My husband and I could not be more pleased with our beautiful updated bathroom!

Terrible experience! I had two bathrooms remodeled by Alan and his "crew". The project took over 5 months and things still aren't right. If this project went well I would've had him remodel my kitchen, but I won't recommend him to anyone. I don't want him to come and fix anything he's done. His crew constantly messed things up and he had to fire and hire a couple guys during the process. One bathroom floor had to be ripped up twice. He also had other projects going on at the same time and wouldn't be at my house for a couple weeks at a time. When the job was almost complete, with some repairs to be made, it took months to get him back to fix them and finish. He didn't fix all the issues either. I still have the texts to prove this. He advertises as high end quality, although the bathrooms look good, they are far from high end quality. It's been less than two years and we are having grout and caulk issues. I can go on with the issues , but I won't. My wife and I were upfront with him on what we expected, he failed to deliver. If anyone wants to reach out and find out more, I would be happy to show pictures and explain more in depth. I recommend looking elsewhere for a contractor.

Alan remodeled our kitchen in our home. It was a very small kitchen, and we were thinking about selling our home for larger home with a bigger kitchen. Alan gave us all these great ideas to enlarge it and make a living room kitchen combination. My husband and I didn't think all that work was possible. Although it was a tough job, the work was impeccable. Everybody just loves coming here now!

Mike GinnI apologize for your bad experience. Your right, i did have some employee issues , unfortunately during a very busy period.On the other hand, my bathrooms and or kitchens don't just fall apart. As I discovered when we started working on your house, you had some serious structural and framing issues as I pointed out to you on more than one occasion. I'm not going into details about the condition of your house behind the walls, ceilings as I already made you aware of them. If your still having issues with tile, i'm afraid you'll always have issues with it untill you address the framing in the basement. I even installed a temporary beam for you in effort to try an fix your problems. You also added close to 10,000 in extras and complained about the bill after it was done. I ended up taking almost 1/2 the extra cost off to try and help you for consideration of the time frame it took to get you completed.Hi end work has a price, and application. You had a standard application and pricing (bathroom s) for a raised ranch style home.Best of luck to you Mike.
