We had a high pressure roofing company give us an estimate with “if you buy today price”. I reluctantly agreed but Mike at Monarch agreed to come see our project early as we only had 3 days to cancel. He came, gave as a much better price with better materials. Bryce came with the crew and did a marvelous job! Melanie answered all of our questions quickly & professionally! All around a Top Notch Company and we highly RECOMMEND!!

Hello! I had Monarch Roofing come out to the house earlier this month (September) and I am not disappointed at all! Mike (owner) gave us a great estimate, was very professional, had a PowerPoint of how his company operates, also had a drone get an overview layout of the house. In addition, he was very transparent with us, if something had to get replaced he showed us pictures, if we had any questions they answered it truthfully and wanted to keep us in the process as much as possible! The project manager (Bryce) was fantastic! He ensured us the project was going great with pictures as well! He made sure his team was working hard and doing everything correctly! Also, I told him we have a dog and he made sure him and his team was as carefully as he could be! They made the work zone as pet friendly as possible which is great because I didn’t want to get any nails in his paws. Finally, the workers were fantastic! They were so nice, friendly, and they worked very efficiently. The house is about 4,800 square feet and they were able to complete the whole project in a day in a half. Plus, they did a great job with clean up which was very good. If I could give this company 6/5 stars I would. I would recommend Monarch Roofing to anyone who wants to get a professional roof installed. Before this project, I was unaware of how the process was and what materials were good. With the help of Monarch I can feel confident in saying we made the right choice. We had a leaking gutter that I assumed would have to be replaced. Mike arrived right on time, evaluated the situation, and fixed it right then and there, no charge! He could easily have sold us a new gutter, or at least charged for the repair, but he didn’t. What a pleasure to encounter such cheerful integrity, and such a nice man! And when I do need new gutters or roof, I will certainly call Monarch. I recommend them 100%.

I have had the folks at Monarch re-do the flashing on my chimney and replace the roof on my garage. On both jobs they gave good cost estimates and started the work when they said they would and finished with no delays. Their workmanship is outstanding and they communicate clearly what needs to be done. I will probably have them back in the spring to do some gutter repair for me. The Stress of a Leaking roof can't be Expressed in words ! The unbelievable pressure you experience calling for roof contractors to help with your 911 roof repair/ replace! After our 3rd quote and 2nd canceled appt. We came across Monarch Roofing .With a next Day Appt.Our rep Lawrence show up and I wasn't prepared for the Quality , knowledge and expertise this company was presenting!!! With the ability to evaluate and provide information on our current Crises and the patience to provide laymen explanations of what his evaluation meant left me feeling confident and reassured that this was the company I had to intrust to handle this Major investment! This company was outstanding to work with from start to finish. From the moment Mike showed up at the exact minute he said he would for our first appointment, to the very last nail being cleaned up after the roof was installed, Monarch Roofing did everything they said they were going to do, and did it when they said they were going to do it. The communication leading up to and during the roof installation was excellent. I always knew what was going on and what was going to happen next. The crew was so professional, hard-working and efficient. There was always a foreman on hand to oversee the work and ensure the tidiness of the work site. And of course, most importantly, the results are absolutely gorgeous. The new roof is perfectly installed, and my home has been transformed. I got 7 different quotes. Monarch was the only one to inform me my ventilation was probably not up to code. Their quote included costs with and without ventilation updates. Every one else just said any ventilation updates would be additional but would not give details on how they would correct. Mike was very specific on how he would correct and how much it would cost.They came when they said they would. They did a fabulous job. The house and garage look wonderful.The clean up job was great. Outside of the new roof, you couldn't even tell they were there.They took great care to protect my new central air unit and my new gutters. The crew chief stayed on the job all day so I was able to ask him questions throughout the day. The crew worked hard all day.

Was the most responsive of the 3 companies I called. I am in Florida dealing with roof issue for my mother in CT. He even offered to intercede with insurance. Wish I had called him first. Just had my roof replaced by the Monarch team and they did fantastic work. They showed up early, staged the area to minimize debris impact from the two layer roof teardown they had to do and got right to work. The crew was friendly and the whole install process was seamless. I was particularly pleased with the additional steps they took to ensure a thorough clean-up of the surrounding areas of shingle particles, nails, etc. The yard and surrounding areas showed no signs that a roofing job had just taken place. First of all I like to say meeting Mike from monarch was an absolute pleasure. My garden shed roof was in need of repair. Mike is a very honest and sincere person. It was very difficult to find a contractor that would give me a fear price. Monarch roofing sent Peter the roofer to repair and reshingle the roof. We used Monarch Roofing to re-roof the area above our front porch that was leaking. Having called a few other companies first, Monarch was by far the most responsive and most organized. There is someone in the office who handles scheduling and billing, who responded to calls quickly and confirmed payments by email.Mike came out to review our issue and prepare our quote. He was knowledgeable, has a lot of experience and was friendly. He explained the issue and got us a quote quickly. While we had other quotes already at that point, we hired Monarch because of the ease of working with them compared to other companies. Once we paid our deposit, the work was scheduled for the following week, completed on time, with every speck of debris cleaned up upon departure.The price was fair and in line with other quotes. Materials costs are high, we can't punish the contractors for that. I'd rather give my business to the small local business with an owner who cares, than a large faceless company who can't even bother to call you back. Monarch Roofing is one of the most competent businesses with which I have dealt. My association with them began with Lawrence who met with me, inspected the roof and thoroughly explained what he recommended be done to solve the leaking roof. He is incredibly pleasant as well as professional. Once the contract was signed, materials and dumpster were delivered in a timely manner. The day work began, I met with Bryce, the project manager. He, too, explained what the work would entail going over the process step by step. The roofing crew worked all day with only a brief lunch break. They were amazing!
