The friendly, fast and professional service is excellent from beginning to end. 1) you call 911-restauration 2) you get a scheduled call from a local contractor 3) the local contractor comes by and looks at the scope of work and gives a fair estimate. In my case it was dust and contruction debris cleaning in the basement and crawl spaces of my newly bought apartment that contractors had left behind years ago. 4) The local contractor comes by at the scheduled day with 2 persons who will do the work. He leaves and the work persons do the work. I checked their work and asked them if they wanted to do a few corners into more detail which they very politely and without any complaint did. Very happy that they took a few extra trash items with them that weren't part of the original agreement. The way they worked was responsible, they were well protected and didn't exhaust themselves. This was a very good experience and extremely helpful for me. I only needed the dusty cleanout of heavy materials but they normally have other services included in their package like disinfection.

Had a great experience with mike from 911 restoration. Had a ton of water damage come into my apartment and mike came here in the middle of the night to take care of it. Was quick and his team restored everything back to normal. Even better than it was before. He also helped me when it came to working with my insurance company throughout the process. Something like this has never happened to me and it was extremely confusing on what was covered and what was not. I had an electrical fire which caused damage to an outside wall by the master bath and most of the damage was smoke-related. Paolo and his crew traveled and commuted to my northern Massachusetts house to mitigate by cleaning all surfaces, remove carpeting, put all my furniture and possessions in storage then return everything a month later. There was some minor damage to several items and Paolo had a stereo speaker repaired. He was extremely professional and caring. It was obvious his crew respected and liked him greatly. I feel he had superior management skills and did everything possible to make things easier for the people who are in need of his services. I feel very pleased about the promptness of the project and it's outcome.Service: Fire damage cleanup & repair

I had damage in my basement from some flooding due to a broken pipe. They were very professional and attentive to my water damage. They were beyond great, I hired them for repairs as well. I went through my insurance for both issues and they worked and communicated with me and the insurance company very efficiently and almost on a daily basis. They did an amazing job, as if there was never any damage! So satisfied with the work. Can’t thank them enough, I will definitely be recommending in the future.

I am giving two stars because they were prompt with showing up and getting the water damaged items out of my home. However, they beyond damaged my walls pulling the baseboards our, punching holes in the walls. They broke two of my couches, broke the legs off of one and the side/arm off of the other. Mike talked a good game but three weeks later and he still hasn't submitted the work to my insurance company. I had to seek out another contractor who already submitted the estimate. My insurance cannot go through with approval due to the delay from 911 Restoration. We are a family of 6 and this water damage has taken away two bedrooms and one living area. It has been very hard living without the extra space. When I called to ask, again, for them to send the bill I'm met with excuses. Very frustrating.

I used 911 Restoration during a recent storm. I called and they were here in less than an hour! They explained what needed to be done and started work that same day. The Project Manager along with his office team made the water mitigation process easy and quick. They turned a stressful experience into a positive one. Prompt and friendly but not very professional. Mike the PM was great but the guys who carried all the damaged goods out literally dragged, and I mean dragged alllllll the wet items out from the basement. This caused water all the way up the stairs as well as the front hallway out the front door, not to impressive. Don't they do this often enough to know to lift items or put soaking wet items in bags for removal? The other thing was the faulty equipment, it leaked all over the side of the basement that was dry! 😖 They did come back promptly to clean this up and bring equipment that is good so that's a plus. Overall got the job done but with quite more of a mess.
