A+ certainly lives up to if not exceeds their name, I am beyond pleased with both the work done and the customer service I received on my new roof. Ray and Christin were fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. Ray went above and beyond to work with me to make sure I understood all the work that was going to be done on my roof and kept me in the loop as work was being done, the before, during and after photos are a great touch of service. Hired them initially after noticing some water staining on an interior ceiling. They came out quickly and were both knowledgeable and fairly priced. Replaced front and rear flat roof plus deck. Tim did a great job. Had some water leaking through a window shortly after so called them and they came same day. I love how they are so responsive and I can feel confident knowing they are priced extremely well for their services. Last year I had A Plus exteriors replace some shingles and they did a great job. So when I had a roof leak I called them again. Ray from A Plus came and fixed the problem. Hired A Plus to install 10 feet of gutter. Their sales guy came out within a day or two of me calling to look at the job and provided a quote on the spot. They did a great job for a fair price and the install was done very fast. I stepped out to Home depot before they arrived, when I got home they were already done, cleaned up and everything.The only thing I would suggest as room for improvement is the communications. When I got the quote I was told the gutters could be installed the following week. They were installed 3 or so weeks later and in that time it was radio silence except for an email thanking me for the business. I also did not receive any heads up what day/time the team was coming to install them. They just showed up and started working, I got home from home depot and saw a crew wrapping up. Luckily it seems the install went well and I have no complaints on that end but I think many customers would not be thrilled to come home and find a crew working on your house unannounced.Would I use them again, probably. But I would be hounding them for timelines to make sure we schedule the work this time.

Overall great experience. We hired them to do a roof repair/replacement for a storage room off our house. They literally came the day after signing the agreement and finished the same day. The staff went above and beyond. A piece of our sheet rock on the ceiling fell down due to the extent of damage. They repaired it at no charge. I have nothing but great things to say about A Plus Exterior and Alex Montero. My friend recommended them and I'm so glad he did! They replaced my roof and installed new gutters! It looks amazing and was completed on schedule!! I made the initial claim with the insurance company and they only wanted to replace the missing shingle which obviously was not a good match. Alex met with the insurance adjuster and ensured we got the entire roof covered. The workers were professional, completed the job quickly and cleaned up when the job was complete (you wouldn't have know they were here)! Alex is the consummate professional and really does put the customer first!
