This is the company to call for your renovations. I want to thank them for everything. We put a large addition on the back of our house. We planned out this project for quite some time and called multiple contractors. Bill Perfetto, the owner, wasn’t able to come out to see the job for a few months because they were so busy at the time, but his office staff kept in contact with me and it was all worth the wait. I appreciate that he didn’t try to take on a new, big project when he was too busy and wouldn’t have been able to give it the level of attention it needed. We expanded our kitchen and dining room, a bedroom and demoed a small bathroom, moving and expanding it and added another bathroom and basement space underneath. From working with Bill, who was on-site often, to his carpenters, to the office staff and the sub-contractors, it was overall an extremely positive experience and we are so happy with our house now. Renovations are hard and big renovations are harder, but any issues that ever came up were always addressed and resolved to our satisfaction. And Bill had some great ideas and solutions that come from his many years of experience. Also, they have great suppliers you can work with, which was excellent when you feel overwhelmed with all your choices for fixtures and vanities, tile, cabinets and countertops, etc. Just call them for your project. I promise you will not regret it. I want to thank you all at Perfetto Construction Inc. for everything over the past year+. You are truly the best and care about your clients.

Perfetto surpassed my expectations for my new roof. The team in the office was always responsive and helpful. They are a pleasure to work with. The work was done quickly and beautifully. The crew on-site was hardworking and very skilled. The roof was completed in one-day and they left the area around the house spotless. They were sensitive to keeping our things and garden from getting dirty or damaged. I love my new roof.

Couldn’t be happier with the team at Perfetto from start to finish. The office manager, Brittany, is always available to help answer questions and keep you updated on project timelines. Bill and his team did excellent work repairing a structural deficiency that required opening up the ceiling in our home, installing new posts, and installing a large beam to add proper support. His crew was always on-time, professional, and made as little mess as possible since we were living in the home while this work was going on. At the end of the day, they would always sweep up any mess that was made.Bill himself was on-site nearly every day while the work was going on to review what needed to be done that day, what challenges were identified that needed to be worked around, and to answer any questions that we had during the process. If any issues came up when he was not on-site as when we discovered new issues after opening up a wall, he was responsive to texts / phone calls to make sure we addressed the newly found problems.I wouldn't hesitate again to use Perfetto Construction if I ever need additional work done.

Bill and the team repaired and replaced several floor joists as well as installed a support pillar. Professional work finished quickly in a couple days, and they left the place cleaned up and tidy. Would be happy to use them again.

I had a new roof put on my house. The job went exceptionally well. They showed up on time and were done ahead of schedule. The clean up was thorough and you would not have known they were there. After having solar panels installed I noticed a ridge cap had come off. I called to ask if they could come do a repair and they had someone there within the hour and took care of the repair. I would certainly use them again in the future and recommend them to others.
