This is my second time using CMW both times they have delivered on what was promised. Very happy with their work they stayed with the job everyday from start to finish. It was awesome to work with Xavier. He is extremely professional and punctual. Replaced our roof in one day. Xavier’s team also covered 2 of our skylights and when they noticed a few debris had fallen inside the house, he promptly went inside the house and cleaned absolutely everything. Gutter service was not included in quote and yet, him and his crew cleaned all of our gutters and even replaced one that was a little bit damaged. I am happy to recommend Henry (CMW) who is very friendly, professional and courteous. He came to advise me on the best way to resolve the problems with my roof; He speaks Spanish and English and was clear and transparent about pricing options. During the project, they did everything they could to keep the yard clean, which was important to me and the neighbors since there wasn’t enough space between one house and the other. This is the second time he has worked for my family and it is very clear that he is very proud of his work.Very happy and would definitely use again! 10/10

Xavier and his team were phenomenal with helping us and guiding throughout the process of replacing our roof. Very thorough and very patient with all of our questions every step of the way. The roof looks great and we know it will last most of our lifetime. We even had a small hiccup with our flat part of roof that wasn't draining great(no fault to CMW just an old support beam) and Xavier came out promptly and made adjustments to fix everything no questions asked. I think these guys really do pride themselves in their work, and care about making the customer happy. Xavier also didn't pressure us about any sales at any point and told us not to worry about our siding for awhile. Something we were concerned about, and that there's no rush to do that project while we save. That really goes a long way for the customer to know that they'll be available when the time comes, but when we feel ready. We will definitely be using them again when it comes time to do siding. CMW has an amazing team of people! They were super quick, very easy to communicate with and very pleasant. Their crew came in on time and left no trace of their presence when they were done. Along with the men there were two ladies on the team which I certainly have never seen before. Definately a family business! They left everything in tip top shape and looking absolutely gorgeous. CMW provided all documentation and warranties as well as communicated with me from beginning to end. FAILED TOWN INSPECTION AND REFUSES TO FIXIt takes a lot for me to write a negative review; but I must from my experience with CMW.Henry's crew had to come back 4x times to fix my newly installed leaking roof. The vent pipes and Chimney flashing leaked day 1. Henry was never able to fix the leak around my chimney even after repointing it. I had to hire another contractor to fix his work.His business ethic is horrible as is his personality. He shows up unannounced, blames existing plumbing for his company's shotty flashing, will run extension cords without asking, and is just downright rude. I've never had such an ugly experience with a contractor as I have with Henry and CMW.Think twice about using this company and save yourself the headache!!! Find a responsible business owner who actually knows how to swing a hammer and install to code! HE WILL CUT CORNERS AND MAKE EXCUSES!!! I NOW HAVE LEAKING WINDOWS DURING STORMS - EVERYTHING HE TOUCHED HAS LEAKED!

Our experience with CMW was exceptional. We contracted with Henry and team to replace our all our siding and gutters. Demolition was quick and neat - dumpster delivered to collect debris. House was fully wrapped with 1/2 thick insulation board and taped. New siding and metal was neatly installed, working around all electrical outlets, lighting fixtures, speakers, security camera's, etc. All gutters and leaders were removed, replaced and professionally installed. Henry or his foreman, Danny, were on the job site each day, ensuring everything was done right. They would not leave until we were 100% satisfied. Excellent company! We previously used them for a new roof some years back and was very happy with their work -- when we needed new gutters this year it didn't occur to me to call them at first, but boy am I glad I did! The are so great to work with -- all the communication is easy and pleasant (phone, text, email) -- to start the ball rolling, Henry, one of the managers, came out to see me right away, on a weekend so it was super convenient -- he is a pro and knows his business inside and out and gave wonderful guidance and advice -- he also a genuinely lovely person. He did his measurements, etc. and we have a detailed proposal emailed to us in days. Not only are their prices fair and reasonable, I have to say that we met with a few other vendors, and I was having that "used car salesman" vibe from most of them -- some just sent ridiculous bids, figuring I guess that you won't want to shop around much. Do yourself a favor and talk with Henry and his team -- they will take care of you -- honest and fair and kind. Henry was very accommodating in terms of finding a good day to schedule the install (as we had other projects ongoing we had to move the dates around) -- he was here on time as promised, on site with his crew to oversee the work -- the installers were obviously skilled craftsmen who have done this work many times -- they were efficient, friendly, clean and did quality work, making sure that I was happy with all the small details. They came as a group on the day that was planned. They had the old roof off really fast and the new one in just as fast! They said they would be finished at 4pm and they were! They made sure every nail was picked up and all the the debris was cleared. They were pretty amazing at their teamwork! They installed gutter guards.on my home. They were fast, on time very professional and well priced, I am a real estate broker going on 40 years. Henry Guzman and his crew were totally on point. Rare that I have no complaints. These guys were great! I don’t like to recommend contractors as they rarely live up to my standards, I have no issue saying that they will do a great job And most important, keep it clean and keep it affordable. I highly recommend CMW roofing for any home exterior work needed. I bought my house with an older roof, so CMW roofing was one the companies I called for an assessment and estimate of repairs/installation. The owner was very responsive in setting up an appointment, was knowledgeable, and provided his honest opinion on the condition of the roof and what he recommended as far as repairs. I unfortunately needed new plywood throughout as well, but the guys were quick in installing and it had minimal impact on the timeframe provided initially to have the work completed. The cleanup crew did a fantastic job in picking up all of the nails and debris from the old roof removal. Overall, I am very pleased with the service and work provided. CMW vinyl sided my home. This being my first ever major project I was very nervous needless to say. CMW came VERY highly recommended to me by a friend who used them on two projects. When I first met with Henry he explained everything, in great detail. I felt very much at ease immediately. When Henry said he was always available, easy to reach, he was true to his word. In one week my house was stripped of the old shakes, wrapped, insulated and sided. Lights and gutters put back up. Shutters came and were also put up. The crew were incredibly hard workers who take pride in what they do. The quality of the siding, workmanship and availability when a question arose all came together in an absolutely BEAUTIFUL result. I can’t stop looking at my house. I just sit in my car in the driveway and look at my beautiful home. The compliments I am getting from my family and neighbors is music to my ears. Thank you CMW with all my heart.

Excellent service and flawless, complete roof replacement done by Henry and his team from start to finish! Entire process was completed in under two days. They left the job site cleaner than how they found it. Picked up every single nail and piece of debris in the parking lot using the magnetic wheel multiple times to ensure no one gets a flat tire.
