Ryan was very professional, supportive, and thorough through the entire residential home inspection including the shed on the property. He did everything within reason to view as much of the house and even just let me know the results of my 48 hour radon test all within 5 days of contacting!!!! I think that if Ryan was in charge of the water test instead of the lab for the well on my future home it would be completed already and just as accurate!!!!Also, allegedly the Most Interesting Man in the World gave them a round of applause.

If you need a Residential Home Inspection, Ryan is the guy to do it. He knows exactly what to look for and I could tell he has been doing this a long time. I chose Anchor after two colleagues (who had no association with each other) both recommended the company. I don't know how large his team is, but Ryan the owner/operator did our inspection. He was thorough, from basement to roof, which he definitely walked on. I've heard some inspectors don't go on roofs, but Ryan did both roof and attic crawlspace.His report was thorough and appropriately skewed towards "worst-case scenarios" but also had practical suggestions for the severity and timelines of some of the potential issues. It's not a mere boilerplate report, he inserts images and uses different fonts for different grades of incidents. We'll be able to refer to this report as we plan for the home's future.

Ryan Hartman at anchor home inspections is the go to guy for your home inspection. Ryan performed a radon test, residential home inspection, and water testing for my pre-home inspection. My girlfriend’s father and I were present during the inspection. We both have knowledge in construction, carpentry, hvac, electrical and much more. Ryan is knowledgeable and clear in the explanation of his process and findings. In the end he emailed over a very professional and extensive report on every single thing he found.
