9/28/22 at 11:30- 2:30pm, Some of the rudest people I have ever seen. Was trying to purchase some thing but store has will be right back sign. The sales reps can see me but pretending that I don't exist. Wouldn't even acknowledge that I was standing there, went back again another sign says will be right back again. Same thing the sales raps are pretending that I don't exist. Went back again and a sales rap was coming in for work and didn't even acknowledge same as others pretend that I wasn't there. Wasted three hours of my day I don't know how this sales rep still has a job. This is bad for Mohegan Sun having a vendor like this, Really sad was looking for my first purchase. I wish I can give this people negative stars.

If ur closed, then close ur door. I walked in the open entrance way & chick closing out cashier almost chewed me a new 1 - despite myself yelln back that there's not even a sign WTH. The other young woman kindly walked me out, apologizing & rolling her eyes since she was so embarrassed.

You can expect the same level of customer service from this Swarovski location. Nice selections, when purchasing inquire if there are "specials" going on and make sure to inquire if you can use your mohen sun momentum points.
