WORST SERVICE EVER. Wish I could rate ZERO stars.At the time we first started using CLSR ( last year), my husband spoke with him personally and told him the driveway needed to be done by 3:30-4:00 am when he leaves for work. He assured him it would be done. Last year, no problem.It is less than a 10 minute job....just one pass straight up the driveway. This year, we had very little snow. He doesn’t show up for anything under 2” ....unless you pay an additional $200/month!In January ( we only had one storm)....he came at 5:00 am.The ice storm in February.....he never cleared the snow/ice at the bottom of the driveway.....it froze solid.On March 2nd, he didn’t show up until AFTER my husband did it himself in order to get to work! So NO services rendered that day. On March 4th, we had a large amount of snow. I called him (as my husband was again out there doing it so he could get to work!).....I was told that he’d be here within EIGHT hours!!!!!!!! Then said that because it was snowing, my husband “shouldn’t go to work “!!!!! He also claims I told him we were both retired and didn’t need to get out.....completely untrue!!!!!!Ten minutes later, after it was 98% done, he pulled up my driveway and called me from his cell phoneand says In a very snotty voice, “You happy now?”He has continued billing me for March. I asked him to stop....as there were basically no services rendered. He has now filed an intent to place a lien!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!This is just disgusting, and VERY upsetting! Now I know why there are so many bad reviews.....wish I’d seen them earlier.Shame on him.Steer clear of this business!!!!!!!

I would give 0 stars if possible. I had never had snow clearing done before and when I called because my driveway was not completely cleared as it had been in past. I was told about a “2 inch rule” which I did not know about and why they only gave it swipe and did not even plow in front of the garage. The employee (which I later found was the owner) told me I had a bad attitude. I usually don’t make rash decisions so I waited a day and decided to talk to the owner (same guy I found out then) and told him I didn’t not appreciate being told I had a bad attitude by an employee and he said “Well did you”. I said that is not the point. You don’t tell customers they have bad attitudes and he basically repeated what he said the previous day. When I told him I wanted to cancel both my driveway clearing and lawn contracts he hung up on me.

The person who answered the phone with just a "Hello" and identified himself as the owner was very rude. He was short, and seemed like he was annoyed to take a phone call. I inquired about snow removal services and was told it would be $200 a month, or more, for snow removal even if it didnt snow the entire month! What kind of scam is this?! When I was in the middle of saying thank you and goodbye he hung up on me without saying a word. Seriously do yourself a favor and dont even bother calling.

Whoever answered when I called was very rude, when he answered he sounded annoyed that someone would be calling at 1 in the afternoon on a Tuesday. I was simply trying to inquire about snow services and when I asked if there were any parking lots they maintained (I always like to know they have experience) he responded with "is there something I can help you with" in an extremely rude tone. That's fine I will take my snow contract elsewhere thanks!

I would strongly advise against using this company. Was threatened by owner over an honest billing misunderstanding. I inquired about the bill via email and received a rude and unprofessional response that really didn’t even answer my question. I always like to support local businesses but not worth it when owner doesn’t seem to appreciate the business and doesn’t return a phone call when asked. Luckily mowing services are a dime-a-dozen in this area so I can easily find another company, who will appreciate my business, come spring!UPDATE: I hope everyone out there sees the immaturity of this owner's reply to my post. I would be happy to share the email communication that transpired between myself and the owner with anyone interested - contact me. For the record, his snide comment is incorrect - I did pay the bill in a timely manner once I was made aware of it... I am still scratching my head over why a business owner would want to lose a customer over such a minor misunderstanding.

CLSR INC. has unknowingly made me realize today that I am officially not "adulting" anymore, but that I've graduated to an actual adult. This happened as I pulled into my driveway and upon seeing my yard, it instantly made my day. I was more excited than I am when I see an Amazon package on my front porch, which is pretty exciting. See what happened was, I called today upon dire need of having my grass cut. My lawnmower broke and the grass was getting the "forclosure" look, and some of my in-laws are coming tonight. Not a good look. Upon me explaining this, they fit me in their busy schedule despite my shameful last minute attempt to pretend I fully have my life in order. Perfect. Then I come home & this man single handley did a makeover on my yard, I highly regret not taking a before picture for the comparison. Take my review for it, I have no complaints. Really awesome customer service & the best damn mowing skills I've ever seen, this is who you do local business with. Enjoy your manicured lawns for a well worth ticket price of one million dollars, joking, it's reasonably priced.

I called these guys on the morning of a big snowstorm to set up service for the winter (my previous plow guy just fell off the earth) and they took care of my driveway the same day. Very nice on the phone and cleared everything that I asked at my property. I would strongly recommend!
