The guys were great. I had a heating issue with one zone that had a lot of breaks. They found the issues quickly and did the work to solve the problems. They were thorough and took the time to make sure there was no air in the system before they left. The price was absolutely reasonable. I highly recommend both the company and the two workers who fixed my heating issues.One suggestion might be to offer the workers business cards with their names on them.

We have a well system and in late Sept 2023 we lost our hot water and water pressure. High Rock Water came out in a timely fashion and diagnosed the problem. They tested our water (very acidic) and explained what the problem was. They installed a new hot water heater and a water softener. High Rock's prices were better than anyone else, they were extremely professional, neat and courteous. I will never use another water company after using High Rock. I was in a panic at 9pm at night when I ran out of water and noticed a small leak in my pipe coming from the well tank. High Rock is the only company (out of 4) that I called, that answered and helped me. They showed up the next day and assessed the situation. The following day I had a new tank and no leak! Garrett, Chad and Jessica were all so professional and understanding. Couldn’t recommend them enough!!! I’m glad they were the only company to answer the phone. They deserve the business. This crew is awesome! I hired them to fix an underground leak from our well pump line. We decided to also replace the PVC upper well casing that wasn't to code with a proper steel casing while the area is dug up. This also required them to pull the well pump which was quickly reaching it's end-of-life, so we replaced it also during this repair to avoid having to pull the pump again in the near future. High Rock also coordinated the excavation work something a competitor of their refused to do. Owner was onsite for entire job. Highly recommend them!Service: Pump repairs & installation

My husband and I are in the process of buying a home, and we decided to use High Rock Water and Mechanical Services to do our well inspection. As any trade business, there is never going to be an exact time they will be there due to completing other jobs. Garrett was able to give us a time frame between 1-3pm and stuck to his word. He kept us up to date throughout the day on when his estimated time would be. He showed up in between that time frame and immediately got to work with his helper Justin. He thoroughly explained the well inspection process and gave his professional opinions as well regarding the already in place systems. He took water samples to send to the lab and once he received the results, he sent them to us immediately. He was able to explain the next steps according to our results. Garrett was able to explain what our levels were in a way that someone who does not have any well experience can understand. I truly appreciated his time and service. Garrett did an amazing job replacing our well pump! We called in a panic on a Sunday and he instantly helped us. Set up an appt for Monday morning to diagnose the problem and fix whatever it was. He spent hours here to quote us properly while explaining everything that needed to be done. Also, upon his inspection of everything, he realized the piping and wiring going down to our well was not what it should have been. He gave us a reasonable quote and his work ended up exceptional. We've never had any problems before this and I am very happy that we chose Garrett to fix our problem. HONEST AND FAIR: Garrett was our 2nd opinion when we were told by another company that our water pressure tank was no good, after it being less than 6 years old. He was fair with his price and honest that he couldn’t guarantee he could get to us that same day as he was on another job. Abut 5 hours later he called us and said he finished his job early and asked if we still needed his assistance replacing our water pressure tank for a much fairer price than the other company. We decided to cancel the other company and have Garrett come over this afternoon.Garrett showed up as promised with a replacement tank, however thankfully he decided to diagnose the issue to confirm the replacement. Turns out the previous company LIED to us and we just needed a service to our tank. Garrett did not have to diagnose or disclose to us the new MUCH cheaper diagnosis, but he did. Garrett is honest, fair and dependable. 10/10. Thank you Garrett for humbling us that there are still great and trustworthy businesses out there!

Hi i found Garrett's company online HIGH ROCK WATER & MECHANICAL SERVICES.My mishap happened on a Saturday late afternoon i was pressurizing my cold water storage tank when i came across a lot of leaks and some pipes had blown. So the next best thing to do is find a well water company to come out on a Saturday let me specify. Late Saturday afternoon all that went through my mind was weekend charges .I found Garrett, This young gentleman came over fixed my plumbing problems. Let me tell you he did an outstanding job his price was more than fair. He was very professional and enjoys his profession and customers very much.
