ECR responded to a toilet overflow after hours on a Saturday night to my bridgeport home. The project manager and estimator were so great to work with. They explained the process how it was going to happen with my insurnace company and that they would handle everything and they did. Ercolano provided a thorough mold remediation for my husband and I upon closing on our first house! Tom was our project manager and came out for the estimate. He was so friendly which definitely encouraged us to use this company. We have had a rough go with contractors so far! They were able to schedule is in very quickly. While on site, the two workers were very polite and hardworking. The remediation was quick and Tom came back in a few days to remove the equipment. When I had some roof and interior damage after a storm, the Ercolano Cleaning and Restoration team was there the same day and helped me through the process. I had water damage in my bedroom from a broken air conditioning unit. I'd included the walls the ceiling the floor doors everything. Ercolano was not only professional, but provided outstanding work. All of their staff were remarkably helpful to me with problems I was having with my insurance company in managing my claim. I have to give a shout-out to the amazing assistance I received from Mike and John. What should have been a one to two month project from beginning to end ended up being a 6-month project because of the roadblocks at my insurance company placed in getting the repairs done. Following water damage caused by driving rain finding its way through our windows, we contacted Ercolano based on its positive Google reviews. After interviewing different contractors, we were impressed by Ercolano’s thorough inspection of our house, and it’s ability to address both the mitigation of damage and the restoration of our house to its original condition. Ray and Marco, the estimator and project manager, made us feel very comfortable that Ercolano would do an excellent job. And they were right!Without exception, the crews sent by Ercolano were professional, efficient, accommodating, and respectful of our property. The mitigation process involved the construction of a three story scaffolding, stripping the walls on three floors to the studs, drying the effected areas, and removing mold on surfaces. Luis, Olga and Angel were outstanding, diligent, and a complete pleasure to work with.Flavio’s repair crews were equally outstanding. Gil who led the team, made the process as painless as possible. The sheet rock, painting and tiling crews worked well together and left our house as dust free and clean as one could hope for.From the day the scaffolding went up to the day the last light fixture was installed, the work was completed in three weeks. I would never hire this company just based upon the fact how their drivers drive on the road. I observed one of their drivers today van number 16 driving erratically on I 91 south. He cut me off multiple times and many other drivers and wrist everybody on the highway safety This company clearly does not do any type of background check on their employees. Clearly this employee they have working for them is a liability. This happened at approximately 4:15 PM on January 2 on I 91 south

We had a rough experience with Ercolano. Back in March our basement flooded and we called Ercolano for help. When they showed up the next day they were ill prepared and unprofessional in many ways. We had issues from start to finish, including both the work that was done/not done and billing/insurance stuff. Fortunately, Joe Ercolano recognized where they were wrong, apologized, and did what he could to make it right. Ercolano water damage retoration came to my house in Middletown Ct and helped me and my family during a very difficult time. We never had to use an insurance claim before and I am glad we had ECR to help us through the process. Our toilet overflowed which caused damage to our bathroom and kitchen cabinets on the floor below which turned to mold very quickly. Michael ECR's project manager was great and professional in explaining all of the procedures that would take place and very accomidating to provide nothing but safe and professional workmanship especially with my toddlers being present.
