A new roof job comes with a lot of anxiety. Long-story-short... Ivan and the Pro Exteriors team went above and beyond with our roofing job, and we highly recommend them. Read on for details.As I hope all of you have done... we spent a few weeks evaluating contractors onsite, and getting estimates. We looked at their level of experience, project pics, and most importantly, what clients have said about them AFTER project completion.We knew from our first interaction -- and every communication afterwards -- that they were very responsive to our questions and concerns. We have a pretty complicated roof with seven sections, 2-3 floors high, on a tight lot surrounded by professional landscaping.They initially flew drones to diagnose the problems, and explained our issues in detail. And they continued the communication during the installation, with in-progress drone images.Our roof leaked in multiple areas despite being just over 10 years old... because it was installed wrong!! But this time, we thoroughly researched five companies and in the end, chose Pro Exteriors. And thankfully it was the right choice. They were professional and thorough... plus calm and considerate when issues came up during the job.They worked as a unified team and got the job done in one very long day. They found two more problems that were not anticipated, and fixed those too. They cleaned up beautifully without damaging any landscaping.We've had a crazy stormy 2023 Spring & Summer, and 7 months since install... and our roof is FINALLY leak-free! When you've dealt with this constant leak anxiety with our CT storms... you can understand why we're so happy and relieved. Pro Exteriors is the real deal. I never write reviews, but the folks at Pro Exteriors are so great I had to. They did our roof 4 years ago and did a fantastic job. A few months later, after temperatures had caused some expanding and contacting, I had a little leak and they came right out and fixed it under warranty. Fast forward to today when I noticed a small leak in the attic. Again, Alex had a wonderful crew come out and handle the issue right away. These folks are old school. They take pride in their work and back it up. I feel lucky to have chosen them to replace our roof. Look no further, you will be in great hands for years with Pro Exteriors, Alex, and their fantastic team. Thanks again Alex!

Alex and Pro Exteriors LLC was just fantastic! I used their services before for some simple downspout repairs and they did a great job but this time it looked like we might have a major problem with our roof and we called the team again. They came out and thoroughly checked out the roof and while we would have accepted whatever they told us including that the roof needed to be replaced, they said that the roof is actually fine and it’s a different problem we have that would require a different type of contractor to work on. I was very relieved we didn’t need a new roof and greatly appreciated their very honest assessment. They also didn’t charge me anything for the service although I insisted on paying at least a token amount. If you’re looking for honest, friendly, knowledgeable people for your roof or other services, I would definitely recommend Alex and Pro Exteriors!

I’m so impressed with the professionalism of this company. From start to finish everyone I dealt with was top quality. I had my gutters replaced on a third floor roof and the work was completed the SAME DAY that I got the estimate. The owner of the company (Alex) responded to all of my questions quickly and thoroughly, and explained the details of all of the materials and labor that was involved. The gutters and downspouts look great, and the price was very fair. We will be using them for every roofing repair moving forward.

I picked this company because the BBB liked them, and they had a lot of good reviews. The price was reasonable and there were no surprises. Started around 8am, done by 4.30pm. The roof looks good, and I was up in my attic during a recent heavy rain, all good. They also reflashed my chimney. They were very neat and cleaned up when done.

I chose Pro Exteriors LLC because of their really good reviews and they did not disappoint. I also prefer to try to choose smaller locally owned businesses rather than national chains. Alex was personable, friendly, and timely in his turnaround to getting me an initial estimate, an inspection, and getting the job turned around and done. I needed new skylights and the team came out to inspect the whole roof and a few additional repairs were needed that were pointed out to be potential inspection items, as I am thinking of selling my house. I don't know what this sort of thing is supposed to cost, but for the skylight replacement, fixing a gutter that needing securing, roof pipes and gutter cleaning - I feel like my price estimate was very reasonable. For the skylights alone, other competitors were estimating about the same thing, and I got so much more done for the same price. The team was polite and got the job quickly. They even came inside to clean up the interior debris, which I expected to be my responsibility. Recently i found out that we had a leak coming through our bay window in the front of the house, i called Pro Exteriors and talked a guy named Charles, he helped diagnosing the problem and had his team come out to do the job within 24 hours, since the completion of the job have not had any water coming through the window. i would highly recommend Pro Exteriors and will definitely be using them for futures problems

5 Stars. Love this company. We went back and forth regarding work that needed to be done to my house. The first deal fell through due to finances but then I decided to downsize the job. When I tell you they communicate whether it is via email or phone. You know what is going to happen every step of the way. They charge reasonable rates to the point you wonder, "too good to be true". I have spoken to so many other companies who charge astronomical prices. I mean ridiculous. Pro Exteriors is professional, efficient, and reliable. They come and do the job and clean up. They leave the property in the condition they found it. They also fixed my gutters and they look brand new. They made sure they are ready for the winter. I will definitely have them come back to do the original project in the future but for right now I am happy with with gutter cleaning, downspout flush, and gutter tune up. Thank you so much! To add the pictures online are the real deal. They are not faking that work at all. What you see is what you are getting.
