I’m absolutely thrilled to be giving Luis and his team five stars. The work ethic here is top notch. The pricing is reasonable. The responsiveness is unmatched.I was able to work with Luis and discuss what my budget was. Luis stayed within my budget. He and his team showed up at 8 and worked til 5. There was never a day where I wondered where they were. Luis responded to every text I sent him. He was absolutely professional, accessible, and did a phenomenal job. I can’t believe how good my house looks. There is no doubt in my mind I will be returning to Incredible Restorations for any work I need done in the future. From the first time I contacted his office and Cassandra responded to meeting Luis to discuss what I was looking to have done all way through the completion of the project. They were always here at the time they said, they were extremely polite and professional, they cleaned up everyday and definitely went above and beyond what I would have expected as well as his attention to detail. Luis input throughout the project was amazing! I have two other large projects that will be coming up in 2024 and will never have anyone else here to do work beside Luis and his team. Thank you Luis for everything and I look forward to our next project. I highly recommend him for anyone that is looking for a contractor.

Incredible Restorations team worked on restoring our flooded basement. Luis is very patient and he prioritised our choices. We are first time home buyers and he guided us through the process and everything. He gave us timely updates and the entire restoration was completed on time without any hustles. I've have (unfortunately) had the need on several occasions to use a restoration company for water damage to our home. Most recently, I called Incredible Restorations when water came into my finished basement after a very torrential downpour. I first spoke with Cassandra who couldn't be more helpful. I asked how soon they could get out to my house to inspect the situation. Expecting to hear 24-48 hours (it was quite a storm and I know many homes had similar problems), she asked if 90 minutes would be OK? Prompt service, check. When Luis and his team arrived (in less than 90 minutes), they were fantastic. The problems were diagnosed and remediation plan was put into motion immediately. Competence, check. I felt as if the team was treating my home as if it was their home. Good feeling, check. After the remediation was complete and the source of the water intrusion remedied, I got the invoice. Excellent value for services rendered, check.In summary, I unconditionally recommend Luis and his crew for any remediation, restoration or construction need you may have. They are knowledgeable, efficient and very easy to work with. They do what they say they are going to do, they to correctly and they do it in a very reasonable time frame. Finally, they provide excellent value for the services they provide.

Luis and his incredible team came to the rescue when our bedroom had an unexpected and extremely damaging leak! The damage was far more than we expected but Luis and his crew reassured us that they could handle it and make our room better than ever…and they followed through on their promise.
