Exceptional service from start to finish! Kyle and his team were professional and thorough. I had a great experience with Kyle and his roofing company. During the purchase process Kyle provided me with a detailed inspection and quote on my roof to help me with my negotiations. He wasn’t pushy and his price was great. Once I closed on the property, I contacted Kyle and he scheduled my installation immediately. On the day of install, the crew was great. I just got my entire roof replaced including the plywood under it by KM&M Roofing. When I was getting quotes (I got four) Kyle came to my house and he was knowledgeable and straight forward. He was not the “salesman” other people were, which meant a lot to me. He brought a drone to take video/pictures of my roof in real time which made me able to see all the things that were wrong with it immediately. The quote he gave me was reasonable and i received it via email within a day. I chose his company because I appreciated his efficiency, respect, and very reasonable price. Four days later they started on my roof. They got the entire job done in 2 days!! It looks beautiful! They cleaned up everything on my property really well. All of my neighbors will be calling them when they need a new roof because they saw how quickly they worked! I am so glad I contacted them (I saw their ad on Instagram of all places)! The work and price was good. He overcharged me and it has been over a month and I still have not received a refund. There is an absolute lack of communication on the owners behalf. Hopefully we can receive our refund shortly. If it was not for this issue with returning us, our money, I would highly recommend them, and may even change my review to 5 stars
