Converted a very old tub into a beautiful walk-in shower. Very happy with the outcome. Bill sold the deal, Jane kept me up-to-date on measure and install date, and Douglas lead the install. Douglas (and co-worker) started at around 9am, and was complete (including cleanup) around 3pm. Very happy with and felt comfortable with the Team. Pricing was competitive. Overall very pleased with the project outcome.

The installer, Anderson, paid close attention to detail and asked me about my preferences along the way. All work was done as promised and on time!! [This review was written 24 hours after windows install. Full disclosure, we were not hit by a hurricane since yesterday, so I can't speak to how well the windows 'have held up' to a significant storm. THAT BEING SAID]:Our back porch 1970s windows, some 8' long, were all replaced. People's has a computer program with all the window parameters available for you to design your windows. Another program allows you to view your windows virtually while you stand in the space you are working on-giving you the best idea possible how they will look in situ. This was an 'easy to do' process, and the rep was on hand in our home to walk us through it. The windows are WHAT WE ORDERED, came in weeks sooner than we expected, and were installed in 3 hours. (Remember, some of them were 8' long. That takes a little time.) My husband was able to stop at the house during this process. Believe me when I tell you had he not been here to see it, (other than the fact that we have new windows), we wouldn't have known there had been any kind of construction work in the yard. (This is early March, the yard is mushy. NO DAMAGE to the yard or garden beds.) The windows are seated and sealed beautifully, they are plum, they all open easily and, of course, they look great. The install team was lead by a gentleman named Leon. Firstly, he and his team were professional; but also, and in my opinion just as important, Leon was friendly and willing to discuss any concerns-as a true professional should be.Replacing windows isn't cheap, but we are VERY pleased we went with Peoples. (And we did have other reps here from other window companies, including Anderson, (Renewal by Anderson to be specific. So we did compare.) My husband and I feel we made the correct choice and we are very pleased, indeed.

The window installers are very hard working and focused on their work. I am amazed by the process and their agility as they climb ladders and reinstall the siding on my building after installing the new windows and slider. They worked the whole time on both days with only one break to eat their lunch and replenish their energy on a cold day. I’m impressed with the installers work ethic and kindness.The project manager stopped by to show me how the windows work and answered my questions. The owner has also been available to answer my questions and explain the product to me. Thank you to everyone during this window installation process. I’m looking forward to using my new windows soon.

Fantastic experience with People's windows and baths. After being stood up by several other window companies, a friend recommended I call People's. I called to schedule an appointment and the phone was immediately answered. Sales rep was very polite and knowledgeable. We selected the windows we needed and installation went smoothly. The workmen left the yard spotless and were very respectful. I highly recommend People's for their top notch service across the board.

This is the third time we have used Peoples Products for window replacements. From the owner down to the crews, they are top notch. The crew that came to our home were courteous and hard working. On the final day of installation there was only one crew member. He did the rest of the install by himself and stayed until it was dark outside to finish the job, outstanding!!Good windows are expensive these days but it was the sales staff and the install crews that sold us. You won't be disappointed if you choose Peoples Products for your new windows.

I came across this company at the Xfinity Home Show in Hartford, and was particularly intrigued by the special door threshold they had - perfect to replace a drafty side door! After extensive research, I called People's and had them do a presentation. Mike was awesome and answered all our questions. The windows were installed after they had been made to fit our openings. The two men who came out to do the work were professional, hardworking, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and made us feel valued. The windows are beautiful and we noticed a definite change in the temperature in our house. We have already received a number of compliments from our neighbors. I had a appointment set up for one date then it was changed by the Solar Company. I had to let Jobn who was over the roofing repair group. Finally i received a message from the Solar company that they was coming then i let John know the next morning on 02/15/24 the roofing company was here to replace my roof i thought it was going to be maybe two days. I have to say they did a excellent job i also have a satelite dish they removed it & put back in place. They was cleaning as they worked i didn't find anything left behind. Thanks so much i will recommend Peoples Products LLC., to who ever needs a roof repair. Also Thanks to John K. For making things go as planned God Bless👌👍.

They claim to have the very best products, but honestly, the installation was a subpar job that leaks a huge amount of heat at the seams. Also, they never followed up to set up the 6-month or 12-month checkups, and when one of their sales reps called me asking me to purchase more of their products, they said they couldn't help me set up the check up appointment. They have a great sales team, a subpar product, and worse customer service. Would not recommend.

New roof and gutters a little over 4 years ago and still thrilled with the results. Fantastic team! Efficient, hard working, professional from start to finish. We had a lot of rotted wood that was discovered upon ripping up our old roof. They Replaced all the rotted wood of course, but even watching their process of putting down the various layers and spacing out the nailing, etc was very precise, detailed. The yard & siding of the house were as if they had never been there, because they sheath the house and perimeter of the yard near the house. As a result, no dust, dirt, debris was ever found after the job was complete. Very clean. Would highly recommend.

We recently were in the market for new windows for our home. I had seen an ad on social media and decided to check out People’s Products HR40 windows. Lydell came to our home and gave us a thorough presentation of the windows. We never thought we could be so excited about new windows! Unfortunately, the cost was going to be a bit above our budget..but we really wanted these windows! Then we got a phone call that Bill Wilson wanted to meet with us to see if we could work something out within our budget…and we did!!! Happy dance!!About a month later, our HR40 windows were installed! Andrey and his crew were amazing! The installation was completed in one day! The guys were efficient, professional and respectful! Their work was meticulous! They treated us like family…everyone at People’s Products that we have interacted with have been wonderful and professional! And the windows are great too! Woke up this chilly morning to a warm, cozy home with no drafts! We have been waiting since March for three windows. It is understandable that there are delays in products given the state of the world however it has been nonstop issues. We were told two windows came in, scheduled for someone to come out but when the gentleman got there he said one window broke in the truck and they could only replace one that day. Two months later we’re told the second window came in; we scheduled an appointment and a half hour before the end of the timeframe we were told they would be an hour and a half late. We rescheduled as we didn’t have time to wait around, then they were scheduled to come today and realized once they got here that they didn’t have the right window. So they had to tape our window back together and we’re being told it will be an additional 4-8weeks to get this window (on top of the 4months we’ve already been waiting). The third window that was also ordered in March still hasn’t come in and every time I’ve called to get an update they have are confused on what window we’re talking about…. Very disappointed with the overall service, do not recommend.Service: Window installation
