Bruce did a fantastic job on our driveway. It was a complicated job, as there was an addition area previously not paved with boulders, sumps and additional grading need to ensure proper drainage. Bruce and his crew were profession, neat and on time. They had all the equipment needed to get it completed in just 2 days! When I first called for an estimate he came out right away, and when I accepted the offer on Friday, he came out with the permits on Sunday, started the job Tuesday and completed on Wednesday. Bruce was here during the entire process, available to answer all my questions and concerns. The whole experience was amazing! Worth every penny!

These guys did a great job! They paved our large driveway and did a wonderful job. The owner is on site at all times which is one of the main reasons we hired them. We’ve had far to many experiences with the back and forth when owners don’t watch their employees. But these guys were all extremely nice and worked really well as a team and knew what they were doing. Definitely highly recommended them ! I recently had a new driveway and drainage system installed at my house in East Haddam and they did an absolutely beautiful job. It made our house look like a million dollar home with the driveway alone. They inspected for an estimate and within 4 days the entire job was complete. I needed a new driveway installation and Webster was one of the companies I called for an estimate. Bruce came over for the estimate and met me in person. He was very professional and explained the entire process thoroughly. Once we let Bruce know we were going with Webster, he was able to come out a couple days later and complete the job. Bruce was on site for the duration of the installation and was available to speak with us during the installation to make sure everything was up to our standards and to answer any questions we had during the project. Needless to say, the installation went fantastic, and the driveway looks phenomenal. Very happy with my brand-new driveway by Webster & Son Paving! Not just a small driveway, but a long 400-foot driveway and area in front of double garage. It looks fantastic! The owner Bruce, was also fantastic from day one. He answered my initial phone call (seems to be rare these days with some contractors) came to my house the next day to measure and provide a quote, and then again to explain details of the job and what to expect, was polite and very responsive in communicating days up to the project start (which was within two weeks) and stayed on site during the two-day process. His crew worked hard on a very cold day! He also gave me the option to seed the loom that was spread along the entire sides of the driveway in the Spring instead of wasting seed just to complete the job due to it being late in the Fall season. These guys are fantastic! They did the whole job in a day and it looks great! They went above and beyond and all of their guys were very friendly and they left the job cleaner than it was when they started. The owner personally walked the job with me afterward to make sure we were happy with everything and explained how to keep it looking new. Had my driveway paved.. in May contacted the very next day saying the driveway wasn’t completed as painted out in orange was told that they would get it done when they where out my way again waited for over a month and a half nothing.. contacted again now I was told there was no problem that it was just over spraying when I know it wasn’t it looked unprofessional to my fence post like a wedge of gras was left . Now it’s September and still no paving and now the replies have stopped... I was also told that we walked the job on completion and thre was nothing wrong when that was untrue because they where too busy getting a recoat from my neighbor and door knocking on my other neighbors to try to get more work .... Bruce is the owner he is very slick when it comes to selling you the job ... but after the sale the honeymoon is over .... save your money and go with a more reputable company ... this one sure knows how to sell it but can’t admit when they messed up and do what needs to be done to keep the customer happy.I am the customer and non of this is miss leadingAnd too this day 10/14 /20 no repairs where madeno emails replied to since aug and if anyone wants to come look at this job I’ll be happy to show the mistakes... I’m going to have to hire another contractor to complete the asphalt by the fence lineThey stand by nothing even tire marks are explained completely different in the beginningUpdate on my review one year after installing I still can’t leave a care on top in the heat without massive tire marks they probably used b garde! or recycled asphalt nothing was done to finish the parts in the photos no contact was made STAY FAR FAR AWAY BUYER BEWARE!!Service: Asphalt paving & repair
