We had a huge tree fall in our house in September of 2023 ( a few months ago) our insurance company referred us to Pro Klean....Pro Klean.... was INCREDIBLE!!! They came out, accessed the damage and got RIGHT on setting up the process to start repairs! Our representative Art... was SUPER helpful and went OUT of his way.... to make sure that, EVERY step of the way ....that we were all on the same page about what's going to happen through the repairs! He would call EVERY day to make sure we understood Where they were they were at in the repairs....and ask if we had any questions. He was INSISTENT that we tell them ANY concerns we had and that they would address them and wanted to be SURE the house was returned to how it was before the tree damage! I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend ProKlean to ANYONE!!!

Absolutely outstanding service from first contact until completion of work. Water meter leak in basement; Steve was out the same day it was reported to assess the damage and formulate a plan. He and his crew came in and did the mold remediation immediately. Very neat and professional. Then Art, Project Manager for Repairs came out with Bill, his repairman. Bill did an exemplary job, from sheet rock, moulding replacement and painting. Even painted the entire closet which was not necessary as the mold and water damage was not that extensive. Very personable and accommodating; whatever was convenient for me. Wonderful people who certainly know their work and strive to make the customer feel appreciated. I am indebted to Pro//Klean for their quick and efficient response. True professionals.

Marc and the team at Pro-Klean were amazing! The team worked seamlessly with the insurance company. Pro-Klean was organized and clean on the job and really worked to accommodate our schedules. They showed up on time and did nice work. They really cared about getting things right and this was so nice to see. Pro Klean kept to the schedule they had indicated. The work of remediation and painting was professionally done. They returned to do needed touch ups as was necessary. Their supervisory and other staff were courteous and timely. They also provided a drop box with key that allowed me not to have to check in physically every day. They responded as appropriate to my inquires. Overall they provided good service.

I was put in contact with Pro-Klean by my insurance company when a tree gel on my shed in a recent windstorm.The damage occurred on a Monday. On Tuesday morning representatives of Pro-Klein arrived at 8:30 AM and removed the tree and associated debris and did an excellent job. In the early afternoon of the same day other Pro-Klein personnel arrived to “tarp” the roof of the shed, which had been badly holed. Once again they did excellent work.The following morning I was visited by Pro-Klean’s estimator, who assassed the damage and provided an estimate of the cost to repair the damage; I was advised later that day that the estimate had been approved by my insurance provider, and I received an insurance check within a couple of days. I expect repairs to be completed shortly.In summary, I found Pro-Klean to be extremely timely in their response to my situation, and the work they have performed to date has been excellent.

Working with Pro Klean has been disastrous! They placed flammable contents 2 feet from the door of an operable wood burning furnace. Despite repeated requests for Pro Klean to move the contents off site, Pro Klean was more concerned about whether the company would get reimbursed for off site storage. They were not concerned about the very hazards that they created in my home. Egress was partially blocked. Flammable contents located next to the Wood Furnace along with valuable personal belongings. Compounding these issues were the lies and manipulation that ensued by Pro Klean employees. Do NOT ever do business with this company! Our house lost a fight with a tree. After our insurance company came out, they had Pro-Klean give an estimate.We decided to have Pro-Klean handle all the repairs. They streamlined the entire operation. Handling the tree removal, roofing, siding, gutters and closet repair.It saved us time instead of having to call multiple companies and trying to juggle different appointment times.The Project Manger Art kept good communication with us, updating any changes and working the job schedules still things went smoothly.The only hiccups we had were weather related. The actual work went great, each group of contractors showed up and got their job done in 1 or 2 days.Hopefully I won't have a situation like that again, but I will definitely recommend them.

Sept 2023, a 100ft pine tree fell on my apt building. Tons of damage to the 2nd floor, looked like a meteor strike up there, my floor also took damage, broke all the (new) windows cracked sheetrock and some structural damage. Pro Klean was tasked w the clean up/repairs thru insurance- and I've had nothing but problems since day 1.Due to negligence, a ProClean employee did not secure the plastic rain seal tarp properly. The 3 day rain storm that followed resulted in TONS of unnecessary water damage. So what was probably a few thousand in repairs turned to $10,000+ in 1 day. Not to mention they didn't clean up any glass or brick , it's still littered along my building to this day.With water comes mold, and it's my 10 yr Olds bedroom mind you. They didn't even begin the inspections until this March (about 7 mo. later).They finally come last month, and tell me I have to do the labor myself to clean the room for them. We clean the room, and they put an asbestos fumigation system in, and block off our only bathroom without a notice for a whole 24 hrs. So I'm figuring they will be working on the room all week... Nope, I had to call back a week later, manager says "oh I didn't know they were finished with the fumigation " !!! So I asked when will they be back to actually start repairs? He replies " we have to set up ANOTHER inspection w the building manager, so itl be another week or so"I was floored by that one.Just terrible communication within and with customers , they made us go over half a year without my son having his bedroom, and they couldn't even clean up the glass & debris from Dat 1!

This company was recommended by our insurance. Communication with them was not great. Scheduling was sometimes last minute and for the final walkthrough we were not even given an opportunity to schedule a time - he just showed up without our OK.Walls were painted incorrect colors and repainted. Plumbers were scheduled and never showed up multiple times in a row.But the job got done. Eventually. I personally will look around more if I’m in the need for water damage mitigation in the future.

A few years ago a broken water pipe on the second floor of my house caused ceiling damage to the house’s first floor. After a call to my insurance company, ProKlean came in and did the extensive repair work. After some time we noticed a crack had formed on the ceiling, but then Covid hit. After a couple more years I finally made a call to ProKlean to discuss the issues. After a couple of days an inspector came out to take a look and within a couple more weeks ProKlean had a team onsite to fix the ceiling issues. I was totally impressed with the professionalism of the ProKlean team. They worked efficiently and after a few days of work, the ceiling is now fixed and looks great. I greatly appreciate ProKlean backing up their previous work and agreeing to fix the issues. I would definitely work with them again in the future. There is one that has always done right by my customers and always helped them during the difficult times of an insurance lose. That company is Pro-Klean. My apartment had a terrible burned smell in it after a cooking mistake I made. Pro-Klean came out the same day I called them (Saturday) and made an assessment and then immediately installed air handling systems to help clean the air in my apartment.
