April 2024. Skyway Roofing of North Haven was contracted to replace the roof of my home as well as gutters at a very reasonable cost. Their price coupled with the excellent reviews online made the choice easy. From the point of contact through the estimation process to the completion of the work I can say I’m very pleased with this company. They were very attentive to my questions and concerns where needed. The crew arrived at the appointed time and swarmed my little home with out delay. While doing the removal and subsequent installation of the new shingles part of the crew worked on the cleanup on a continuing basis. Every worker appeared to be in a non stop mode seemingly never pausing between tasks. At the end of the day a review showed a clean yard and a beautiful new roof and gutters.

Amazing. A huge crew showed up on Thursday morning, moved everything off our deck, draped a protective mesh tarp around the whole house, removed all the old roofing tiles down to the plywood, replaced some rotting wood with new plywood, re-tiled everything, flashed around skylights and chimneys, removed old and installed new gutters, and cleaned up the yard by noon on Saturday - two and a half days from start to finish. We have a multi-level ranch with three individual roofs so I thought it would take a week, minimum. The crew was awesome- professional, courteous, focused and unbelievably hardworking. And the roof looks great. I would definitely recommend.

I would recommend Skyway to anyone for all your roofing needs. They replaced my roof yesterday and everything went well.They did need to replace some rotted plywood and charged a fair price for doing so. The crew was impressive and when they were done, the yard was as clean as when they arrived.

I highly recommend Skyway roofing for your roofing projects. They did an amazing job replacing my roof after damage was caused by a December storm. They immediately tarped the damaged areas to minimize damage inside my home and replaced the roof as soon as weather permitted ( within a few days). They showed up on a holiday weekend with a crew of about 10 men and completed the job in 1 day and did a fantastic job cleaning up.I am completely satisfied with the results. I cannot say enough about Skyview Roofing and Construction! My go to guy was not available, and he highly recommended this company. I'm thrilled I went with them!Skyview walked me through every step of the way from my first phone call. They sent a very knowledgeable person to inspect first. After, they come speak to you about all your options, including an estimate, color, and payment plans if needed, as they finance also. They also pointed out my porch roof was not up to code and explained why to me. They truly went above and beyond. Their quality, professionalism, honesty, and price is unmatched in my opinion. Once everything was in motion, my roof was finished in one day - and they cleaned up completely. I’m incredibly impressed with Skyview from start to finish, and would highly recommend them to anyone. We hired Skyway roofing in 2023 to rip and reroof our house. They did a good job with the roof with the exception of using architectural shingles instead of a ridge cap on one section. Thankfully my husband knew enough about roofing and we called. They sent someone the next day to fix that and we were happy with their work. HOWEVER, several months later, we get a letter from the town hall stating the permit was never paid for after several attempts to contact them. I figured there must be some misunderstanding and have called and left three voicemails with skyway with no return calls. It's disheartening to see that we paid over $10,000 for a roof and they are going to leave a $150 unpaid permit and can't be bothered to respond to me (the home owner) or the town.**Edit: I finally received a response from the company after leaving a review. The check was mailed last week (after the towns two emails in May and December which I included a photo of, and my three calls, of which were never returned). The town confirmed they finally paid it and stated they have always had communications issues with this company. I understand mistakes happen and I gave them the benefit of the doubt with my first phone call and then three. While I am thankful they finally fixed the issue, it took far too long and required constant nagging from myself and the town. Great job roofing, a lot of room for improvement in the communications department. If you would like to hear back from them, leaving a review seems to be most efficient.

Skyway Roofing did an excellent job replacing my old roof. I was dreading having to deal with contractors but it was time for my 30 year old roof to be done. I spoke with a neighbor who suggested I give Skyway a call as they had replaced his roof last fall. I contacted the office and someone came out the next day to have a look. I received the quote within 24 hours, price looked good and signed the electronic contract the next day. Process could not be any easier. Within a few days, the material was dropped off at my house on a Friday and replacement started and finished on Monday. The crew showed up, covered the lawn, moved anything that potentially could be damaged around the house and got right to work. By early afternoon they were done, put everything back and cleaned up the yard of any debris. The roof looks great and I couldn't be happier. It was a pleasure doing business with Skyway Roofing and I will recommend them to anyone that inquires.Service: Roof installation

After searching and having trouble finding a reputable, affordable, friendly, and professional roofer- Skyway roofing came across my radar and I could not be more happy!Deb is professional, kind, non-judgmental (I knew nothing about roofs and had MANY dumb questions) and so knowledgeable and helpful! Communication from beginning to end (and follow up) was exceptional, always professional and easy. We ended up adding gutters and skylights to our roof job and it was not an issue! All happened same day- left for work and when I got home I had a beautiful roof! Pricing was fair and the invoice information was professional and straightforward. No hidden fees or guess work needed- we knew exactly what to expect and that is what we got! Skyway showed up promptly 7:00am and worked until sundown both days. They all work very hard the entire day. The workers were very nice and respectful. My job took two full days and after each day they cleaned up everything in the yard/driveway and the driveway was free from debris especially nails. The roof looks beautiful.
