This is purely based on my experience with your company. Money was promised, if the issues were resolved. But after multiple attempts corrections were not made. You said good help was hard to find. Payment was not made because we are forced to hire outside contractors to correct the errors. And Ryan stated in writing that he is paid a markup on the subcontractors.Service: Home building

While this developer has not built a house for me, I can tell the house they are building down the street from me is in it's THIRD year! Yes 3! My neighborhood has listened to stone cutting for a solid 2 years! Their contractors have destroyed our little street and they are rude to boot. When Fletcher is called with issues they give you anticipated completion dates. ie: it's oct 2023 and stone cutting was supposed to be completed literally last October! Icing on the cake is the immense size of the house they have built amongst small, what were once summer cottages. Zero consideration to scale and feel of our neighborhood.
