I placed an emergency call to this company after there was severe flooding and subsequent water and mold damage to my basement. A technician promptly arrived to survey the damage and explain the next steps of the process. I found this information valuable as my wife and I are first time homeowners and this was all new to us.As work began, the staff were professional with the workmanship and fully knowledgeable on the rebuild of our basement . The workers were polite, clean and on time for the duration of the project and the owner, Igor, was one call away to explain every step of the process. That helped tremendously.It was a very stressful situation for my wife and I, but they were able to complete the job in an organized and timely manner. We had a bad situation. Leak from unit above us into both our bathrooms. I think it had been going on for a while because the mold they uncovered was bad.Igor and his team were considerate, attentive, detailed and very responsive. Once they started the mitigation process they were thorough, fast and very considerate of their surroundings, ensuring they didn’t let the mold spores spread. I contacted green restoration a few months ago after a category 3 flood in my basement happened. I found out we had mold and asbestos…scary words to hear!
