Plumber and staff did not understand how to install hardware. Porcelanosa is European but that is not an excuse. Had to open a wall to access what they did but did not repair properly. Can't get cold water in tub. Same problem with toilet. Did not check water hookup prior to installation necessitating the purchase of a second new toilet. I have called AT LEAST 10x with all calls ignored and no response. Totally unprofessional and irresponsible.
